Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi telah mendorong kebutuhan akan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan praktis dan siap kerja. Pendidikan vokasi hadir menjawab tantangan tersebut melalui kurikulum berbasis praktik, salah satunya melalui kegiatan magang. Program Studi Statistika Bisnis ITS mewajibkan mahasiswa mengikuti magang untuk mengasah keterampilan analitis dan praktis. Magang yang dilaksanakan di PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas memberikan pengalaman nyata di bidang logistik dan kepelabuhanan, khususnya dalam pengolahan dan analisis data operasional seperti kapasitas alat terminal dan throughput. Mahasiswa terlibat langsung dalam pembuatan infografis keselamatan kerja, dashboard kapasitas terminal, serta video edukasi mengenai penerapan Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi (SMT) berbasis ISO. Selain itu, analisis cluster terhadap kesiapan alat terminal dilakukan menggunakan metode K-Means. Kegiatan magang ini tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mahasiswa, tetapi juga menumbuhkan profesionalisme, kemampuan adaptasi, dan kerja sama tim, sehingga mendukung kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia kerja dan berkontribusi di sektor industri.

Technological advancement and globalization have increased the demand for human resources equipped with practical skills and job readiness. Vocational education addresses this challenge through practice-based curricula, including mandatory internships. The Business Statistics Study Program at ITS requires students to undertake internships to enhance their analytical and practical competencies. The internship at PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas provided hands-on experience in the logistics and port services sector, particularly in processing and analyzing operational data such as terminal equipment capacity and throughput. Students were directly involved in developing safety regulation infographics, terminal capacity dashboards, and an educational video on the implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) based on ISO standards. Additionally, a cluster analysis of equipment readiness across 30 Pelindo subsidiary terminals was conducted using the K-Means method. This internship not only improved students' technical skills but also fostered professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork, thereby preparing them to enter the workforce and contribute to the industrial sector.
