Abstract
Manajemen inventaris yang efisien krusial bagi PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Mempawah, terutama demi pasokan listrik andal di tengah meningkatnya permintaan industri. Tantangan utamanya adalah mengelola beragam material distribusi utama (MDU) seperti CT dan Trafo Distribusi, yang sering menyebabkan kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Kondisi ini berkontribusi pada kehilangan pendapatan (kWh loss) dan penurunan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis FSN (Fast-Moving, Slow-Moving, Non-Moving) dan XYZ untuk klasifikasi material, ditambah FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) dan FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) untuk analisis risiko. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko kekurangan/kelebihan stok, dan memaksimalkan pendapatan. Hasilnya menunjukkan 80,70% item MDU termasuk kategori Z (variabilitas permintaan tinggi) berdasarkan analisis XYZ, menyoroti tantangan perencanaan persediaan konvensional. Analisis FMEA/FMECA mengidentifikasi item MDU ber-RPN (Risk Priority Number) tinggi: Cut Out ACC (Fuse Link) (RPN 84), Instalasi dan Mesin (RPN 54), serta Cable Power, Panel, dan LVSB (PHBTR) (RPN 48). Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi dampak serius jika kegagalan material tidak ditangani proaktif. Implikasinya adalah perlunya kebijakan persediaan proaktif dan dinamis, menargetkan item bernilai tinggi dan berisiko tinggi dengan strategi terdiferensiasi. Dengan strategi berbasis data ini, PLN UP3 Mempawah dapat mengurangi biaya dan risiko inventaris, sekaligus meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan ketahanan operasional. Penelitian ini menekankan sifat saling terkait FMEA dan FMECA dalam mengidentifikasi mode kegagalan potensial dan dampaknya, memperkuat pentingnya sistem manajemen risiko komprehensif. Kesimpulannya, pemantauan berkelanjutan dan tindakan perbaikan tepat waktu diperlukan untuk layanan distribusi listrik yang berkesinambungan, mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi regional, dan memastikan efisiensi operasional jangka panjang. Pendekatan multi-aspek ini memposisikan PLN UP3 Mempawah mengatasi tantangan distribusi listrik dan meningkatkan keandalan layanan keseluruhan demi kepuasan pelanggan.

This contributes to revenue loss (kWh loss) and decreased customer satisfaction. This research utilizes FSN (Fast-Moving, Slow-Moving, Non-Moving) and XYZ analysis for material classification, complemented by FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) and FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) for risk analysis. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce stockout/overstock risks, and maximize revenue. The findings indicate that 80.70% of MDU items fall into category Z (high demand variability) based on XYZ analysis, highlighting the challenges of conventional inventory planning. FMEA/FMECA analysis identified MDU items with high RPN (Risk Priority Number): Cut Out ACC (Fuse Link) (RPN 84), Installation and Machines (RPN 54), and Cable Power, Panel, and LVSB (PHBTR) (RPN 48). These findings suggest potentially serious impacts if material failures are not addressed proactively. The implications call for proactive and dynamic inventory policies, targeting high-value and high-risk items with differentiated strategies. With this data-driven approach, PLN UP3 Mempawah can reduce inventory costs and risks while improving customer satisfaction and operational resilience. This research emphasizes the interconnected nature of FMEA and FMECA in identifying potential failure modes and their impacts, reinforcing the importance of a comprehensive risk management system. In conclusion, continuous monitoring and timely corrective actions are necessary for sustained electricity distribution services, supporting regional economic growth, and ensuring long-term operational efficiency. This multi-faceted approach positions PLN UP3 Mempawah to overcome electricity distribution challenges and enhance overall service reliability for customer satisfaction.
