Abstract
Dalam proses decommissioning terdapat beberapa kegiatan, diantaranya Well plug and abandonment, Cutting, Lifting, Loading dan Transport.

In the process of oil and gas exploration and exploitation, facilities are needed to support the sustainability of its work, one of the most widely used is the platform jacket structure. Every jacket structure that has passed its service life must be decommissioned so as not to endanger the surrounding environment. In the decommissioning process there are several activities, including Well plug and abandonment, Cutting, Lifting, Loading and Transport. In the decommissioning process, determining the lifting method greatly determines the overall technical aspects during the implementation of decommissioning, in addition, sling strength analysis is also needed to determine the characteristics of the sling and its response to the existing load. In this final project, an analysis of the selection of sling methods was carried out and it was found that the most efficient method was single lifting, where the results of the lifting analysis on the SACS software showed that all slings were strong with the largest load working on the sling in the SHF2 condition with a Design Sling Load (DSL) of 309.2 mT with a UC of 0.81. After that, a reliability analysis was carried out with a sling reliability result of a total 92.3%.
