Abstract
Transformasi menuju Smart and Innovative University merupakan salah satu tantangan besar bagi perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi. Untuk mendukung tantangan tersebut, diperlukan sistem yang mampu mengelola seluruh proses produksi konten pembelajaran digital. Sistem yang dirancang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa pembuatan video Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) di ITS dapat berjalan sesuai jadwal, mencapai target yang telah ditentukan, dan menyediakan data terstruktur serta transparan dan efisien. Sebagai solusi permasalahan tersebut maka dikembangkan platform Dapur MOOC, sistem berbasis web yang mendukung proses MOOC secara real-time oleh Direktur Pengembangan Akademik dan Inovasi Pembelajaran (DITPAIP). Sistem ini memiliki fitur pada peran dosen untuk melakukan pendaftaran serta melengkapi mata kuliah, peran super admin untuk membuka batch pendaftaran serta memantau progress video hingga pembayaran insentif, dan peran admin untuk mengelola video produksi dan material. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik MAUS (Maze Usability Score), SEQ (Single Ease Question), dan SUS (System Usability Scale). Peran dosen pada iterasi pertama mendapatkan nilai MAUS 58,75, nilai SEQ 5,83 – 6,33, dan nilai SUS 80. Sedangkan pada iterasi kedua, untuk peran dosen mendapatkan nilai MAUS 81,9, nilai SEQ 6,67 – 7, dan nilai SUS 90. Peran super admin pada iterasi pertama mendapatkan nilai MAUS 67,6, nilai SEQ 6,5 – 7,0, dan nilai SUS 88. Sedangkan pada iterasi kedua, untuk peran super admin mendapatkan nilai MAUS 77,5, nilai SEQ 6,5 – 7, dan nilai SUS 94. Peran admin pada iterasi pertama mendapatkan nilai MAUS 83,2, nilai SEQ 5,67 – 7,0, dan nilai SUS 87. Sedangkan pada iterasi kedua, untuk peran admin mendapatkan nilai MAUS 84,8, nilai SEQ 6,67 – 7, dan nilai SUS 91.

The transformation towards a Smart and Innovative University is one of the major challenges for higher education institutions in improving the quality of education that is adaptive to technological developments. To support this challenge, a system is needed that can manage the entire production process of digital learning content. The designed system aims to ensure that the production of Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) videos at ITS can run on schedule, achieve predetermined targets, and provide structured, transparent, and efficient data. As a solution to this issue, the Dapur MOOC platform was developed, a web-based system that supports the MOOC process in real-time by the Directorate of Academic Development and Learning Innovation (DITPAIP). This system features a lecturer role for registration and course completion, a super admin role for opening registration batches and monitoring video progress to incentive payments, and an admin role for managing video production and materials. The development was carried out using the User Centered Design (UCD) method and evaluated using MAUS (Maze Usability Score), SEQ (Single Ease Question), and SUS (System Usability Scale) metrics. In the first iteration, the lecturer role obtained a MAUS score of 58.75, SEQ score of 5.83 – 6.33, and SUS score of 80. In the second iteration, the lecturer role obtained a MAUS score of 81.9, SEQ score of 6.67 – 7, and SUS score of 90. The super admin role in the first iteration obtained a MAUS score of 67.6, SEQ score of 6.5 – 7.0, and SUS score of 88. In the second iteration, the super admin role obtained a MAUS score of 77.5, SEQ score of 6.5 – 7, and SUS score of 94. The admin role in the first iteration obtained a MAUS score of 83.2, SEQ score of 5.67 – 7.0, and SUS score of 87. In the second iteration, the admin role obtained a MAUS score of 84.8, SEQ score of 6.67 – 7, and SUS score of 91.
