Abstract
Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi struktur masih menjadi tantangan utama di Indonesia. Manajemen proyek yang efektif diperlukan untuk memastikan penyelesaian proyek tepat waktu. Melalui metode penjadwalan yang sistematis. Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) adalah dua metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan jadwal proyek dan mengelola cadangan waktu (time float). Time float yang tepat dapat membantu mengurangi risiko keterlambatan proyek serta meningkatkan efisiensi pelaksanaan. Pengerjaan penelitian ini menggunakan dua untuk perhitungan manual dan software. Microsoft excel sebagai perhirungan manual sedangkan microsoft project untuk perhitungan software. Hasil dari kedua perhitungan berturut – turut menunjukan hasil yang sama dimana CPM dan PDM menghasilkan 547 hari dan PDM 290 hari. Untuk perhitungan biaya menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) dengan variasi 2 jam lembur dan 3 jam lembur. Hasil berturut – turut menunjukan bahwa penambahan jam lembur 2 jam pada kedua metode menghasilkan cadangan waktu paling banyak. CPM 87 hari dan PDM 178 dengan biaya yaitu $10.317.965,40 dan $20.697.837,31.

Delays in structure construction projects are still a major challenge in Indonesia. Effective project management is required to ensure timely completion of projects. Through a systematic scheduling method. Critical Path Method (CPM) and Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) are two methods for optimizing project schedules and managing time Reserves (time float). Proper utilization of float time can help reduce the risk of project delays and improve implementation efficiency. This research work uses two for manual and software calculations. Microsoft excel as a manual calculation while microsoft project for software calculations. The results of the two consecutive calculations show the same results where CPM and PDM produce 547 days and PDM 290 days. For cost calculation using Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method with variation of 2 hours overtime and 3 hours overtime. The consecutive results show that adding 2 hours of overtime in both methods results in the most time reserves. CPM 87 days and PDM 178 with costs of $10,317,965.40 and $20,697,837.31 respectively.
