Abstract
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Diesel (PLTD) memiliki peran vital dalam penyediaan energi listrik di Indonesia, terutama di wilayah terpencil dan pulau kecil yang belum terhubung dengan jaringan listrik utama. Salah satu masalah utama saat mengoperasikan unit-unit PLTD di PT XYZ adalah sering terjadinya kerusakan peralatan secara tiba-tiba, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan gangguan operasional, sehingga terjadi penambahan downtime dan biaya pemeliharaan yang tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya perencanaan pemeliharaan PLTD yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi dan memetakan pemeliharaan eksisting. Kemudian mengidentifikasi komponen kritis PLTD yang memiliki risiko kegagalan tertinggi berdasarkan hasil analisis. Selanjutnya merumuskan rekomendasi pemilihan pemeliharaan yang tepat untuk PLTD dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode AHP dan FMECA. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemilihan pemeliharaan PLTD dengan mengintegrasikan metode AHP dan FMECA. Metode AHP digunakan untuk memperbaiki kelemahan FMECA dalam menghitung Risk Priority Number (RPN) dengan cara memberi bobot dan menentukan urutan pentingnya kriteria severity, occurrence, dan detection berdasarkan dampak setiap kriteria terhadap mode kegagalan. Mode kegagalan diidentifikasi dari gangguan pembangkit dalam tiga tahun terakhir. Dari masing-masing mode kegagalan, dilakukan identifikasi terhadap nilai severity, occurrence, dan detection melalui wawancara dan brainstorming dengan para ahli. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perhitungan nilai RPN dan diperoleh mode kegagalan dengan nilai RPN tertinggi. Kemudian dilakukan analisis kritikalitas komponen, sehingga didapatkan rekomendasi pemeliharaan PLTD. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan mode kegagalan kritis yang berada pada kategori extreme risk secara berurutan dari yang paling tinggi adalah overspeed cylinder head (FM9), generator control protection failure (FM1), cooling leakage cylinder head (FM2), dan low pressure combustion cylinder head (FM3) sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih pemeliharaan yang tepat dan optimal.

Diesel Power Plants (PLTD) have a vital role in providing electrical energy in Indonesia, especially in remote areas and small islands that have not been connected to the main electricity grid. One of the main problems when operating PLTD units at PT XYZ is the frequent occurrence of sudden equipment breakdowns, which can result in operational disruptions, resulting in additional downtime, and high maintenance costs. This is because there is no proper PLTD maintenance planning. The purpose of this research is to identify and map the existing maintenance. Then identify the PLTD critical components that have the highest risk of failure based on the analysis results. Then formulate recommendations for choosing the right maintenance for PLTD using the AHP and FMECA method approaches. This research focuses on the selection of PLTD maintenance by integrating AHP and FMECA methods. The AHP method is used to improve the shortcomings of FMECA in calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) by weighting and ranking the severity, occurrence, and detection criteria based on the influence of each criterion on the failure mode. Failure modes were identified from failures in the last three years. From each failure mode, the severity, occurrence, and detection values were identified through interviews and brainstorming with experts. Furthermore, the RPN value calculation is carried out and the failure mode with the highest RPN value is obtained. Then the criticality analysis of the components is carried out, so that the PLTD maintenance recommendations are obtained. The results of this study obtained critical failure modes that are in the extreme risk category in order from the highest are overspeed cylinder head (FM9), generator control protection failure (FM1), cooling leakage cylinder head (FM2), and low pressure combustion cylinder head (FM3) so that it can help companies in making decisions to choose the right and optimal maintenance.
