Abstract
Pembangunan Bendungan Bagong di Trenggalek mengharuskan relokasi masyarakat ke wilayah yang berisiko longsor, sehingga evaluasi kelayakan lahan menjadi krusial. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kerentanan tanah, mengevaluasi zonasi kesesuaian, dan menghitung daya dukung lahan untuk relokasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah integrasi Support Vector Regression (SVR) untuk pembobotan objektif parameter dan Fuzzy Logic–Analytical Hierarchy Process (FL-AHP) untuk analisis spasial multikriteria. Hasil analisis menunjukkan wilayah studi didominasi kelas kerentanan Rendah (47,53%), dan mengidentifikasi Area Relokasi 1, 2, dan 3 sebagai lokasi paling layak karena hanya terdiri dari kelas Sangat Sesuai (S1) dan Cukup Sesuai (S2). Analisis daya dukung lahan mengonfirmasi Area 3 dan 1 memiliki kapasitas tampung tertinggi (3.819 dan 2.959 jiwa), sementara Area 6 mengalami defisit. Disimpulkan bahwa pemilihan lokasi spesifik sangat menentukan keberhasilan relokasi, dengan manfaat utama penelitian ini adalah pengembangan metode integratif SVR dan FL-AHP yang mampu menganalisis kesesuaian lahan secara objektif tanpa bergantung pada pembobotan pakar.

The construction of the Bagong Dam in Trenggalek necessitates relocating communities to landslide-prone areas, making land suitability evaluation crucial. This study aims to analyze land vulnerability levels, evaluate suitability zones, and calculate the land carrying capacity for relocation. The methodology integrates Support Vector Regression (SVR) for objective parameter weighting and Fuzzy Logic-Analytical Hierarchy Process (FL-AHP) for multi-criteria spatial analysis. The analysis reveals that the study area is dominated by the Low vulnerability class (47.53%), identifying Relocation Areas 1, 2, and 3 as the most feasible, comprising only Highly Suitable (S1) and Moderately Suitable (S2) classes. The carrying capacity analysis confirms that Areas 3 and 1 have the highest capacities (3,819 and 2,959 people), while Area 6 shows a deficit. It is concluded that site-specific selection is critical for successful relocation, with the primary benefit of this research being the development of an integrative SVR and FL-AHP method capable of objectively analyzing land suitability without relying on expert weighting.
