Abstract

Kompleksitas proyek konstruksi di pertambangan berakibat pada keterlambatan penyelesaian mayoritas proyek. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini diterapkan agile construction project management dengan scrum dan kanban pada perusahaan yang menjawab kekurangan dari metode manajemen proyek tradisional seperti waterfall. Dalam penelitian ini, metodologi APM yang akan diterapkan memenuhi proses evaluation of current process, requirement definition, planning for process optimization, collaborative sprint development, implement and adaptive solution, dan review monitoring. Dari metodologi tersebut, dikembangkan model APM yang terdiri dari 2 fase yaitu pre-construction yang bermula dengan gathering information, arrange scrum team, design the requirement, develop sprint, adaptive solution. Kemudian, fase construction terdiri dari tahap design the requirement, develop sprint, adaptive solution, dan evaluation untuk melanjutkan tahap konstruksi lainnya hingga selesai menjadi bangunan. Setelah dilakukan implementasi, dilakukan survey of expert dan analisis faktor menggunakan software SPSS. Faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan penerapan APM pada proses konstruksi perusahaan adalah pemahaman penggunaan scrum dan kanban, controlling keseluruhan pekerjaan, dan pengelolaan tim secara mandiri. Penerapan APM dengan metode scrum dan kanban dalam sprint terbukti efektif mengatasi keterlambatan material yang berisiko menunda proyek hingga 3 minggu, sehingga proyek dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu sehingga pendekatan ini layak diterapkan di perusahaan. Setelah dilakukan analisis faktor menggunakan uji korelasi pearson, faktor-faktor saling berhubungan kuat namun ada beberapa yang memiliki hubungan lemah seperti penggunaan alat scrum dengan pemahaman metode scrum, implementasi dalam proyek konstruksi, dan keberhasilan implementasi. Korelasi rendah tersebut terjadi karena masih dalam tahap awal implementasi dimana tim masih dalam learning curve serta transformasi agile memerlukan waktu dan perubahan mindset.

The complexity of construction projects in mining results in delays in the completion of the majority of projects. Therefore, this study applies agile construction project management with scrum and kanban in companies that address the shortcomings of traditional project management methods such as waterfall. In this study, the APM methodology that will be applied fulfills the process evaluation of current process, requirement definition, planning for process optimization, collaborative sprint development, implement and adaptive solution, also review monitoring. From this methodology, an APM model was developed which consists of 2 phases, pre-construction which starts with gathering information, arrange scrum team, design the requirement, develop sprint, adaptive solution, and evaluation to ensure readiness for the construction phase. Then, the phase construction consists of levels design the requirement, procurement, adaptive solution, and evaluation to continue the other construction stages until the building is completed. After the implementation is carried out, it is carried out survey of expert and factor analysis related using software SPSS. The key factors contributing to the successful implementation of APM in the company’s construction process include a solid understanding of scrum and kanban usage, comprehensive work control, and managing the team independently. Implementation of APM with the scrum method and kanban in sprint proven effective in overcoming material delays that risk delaying the project by up to 3 weeks, so that the project can be completed on time so that this approach is feasible to be implemented in the company. After conducting factor analysis using the pearson correlation test, the factors are strongly interrelated but there are some that have a weak relationship, such as the use of scrum tools with understanding of the scrum method, implementation in construction projects, and implementation success. The low correlation occurred because it was still in the early stages of implementation where the team was still in learning curve and agile transformation it takes time and mindset change.
