Abstract

Ditengah keterbatasan fasilitas dan tenaga kesehatan gigi di Indonesia, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan gigi dan mulut justru menunjukkan peningkatan, mencapai 11,2%. Peri Gigi Dental Clinic hadir untuk memperluas akses layanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Namun, juga dihadapkan pada tantangan strategis dalam mengelola bisnis untuk merespons persaingan pasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab kebutuhan manajemen strategi dan sistem pengukuran kinerja untuk Peri Gigi Dental Clinic dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar sekaligus meraih peluang pertumbuhan. Pendekatan studi kasus diterapkan dalam penelitian ini dengan kombinasi metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif mencakup wawancara dengan business owner dan data sekunder beserta tren industri terkini. Strategi disusun menggunakan pendekatan Product-Service System (PSS) dan diformulasikan dalam tiga tahapan termasuk penggunaan metode Quantitiave Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Klinik dalam posisi grow and build dan memiliki 14 strategi alternatif dengan tema market development yang direkomendasikan menjadi prioritas. Sistem pengukuran kinerja dirancang menggunakan Balanced Scorecard, menghasilkan 12 sasaran strategis dan 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Untuk menemukan inisiatif yang lebih operasional dilakukan integrasi strategi dan kinerja klinik melalui Hoshin Kanri, menghasilkan 6 tujuan klinik, 15 annual objective, dan 21 inisiatif strategi lengkap dengan target dan penanggungjawabanya. Dashboard juga telah disusun menggunakan Google Spreadsheet dan Looker Studio yang terdiri dari 6 lembar kerja saling terintegrasi untuk mendukung pemantauan kinerja, strategi, dan dokumen yang dibutuhkan klinik. Penelitian ini turut berkontribusi terhadap pemenuhan persyaratan akreditasi UU No. 42 Tahun 2022 dan ISO 9001: 2015 melalui pemetaaan dan dokumentasi yang telah disusun.

Amid limited dental facilities and health workers in Indonesia, public awareness of oral health has shown an increase, reaching 11.2%. Peri Gigi Dental Clinic is here to expand access to oral health services. However, it also faces strategic challenges in managing the business to respond to market competition. This research aims to address the need for a strategic management and performance measurement system for Peri Gigi Dental Clinic to navigate market dynamics and capitalize on growth opportunities. A case study approach was applied in this research with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews with the business owner and secondary data, along with current industry trends. Strategies were developed using the Product-Service System (PSS) approach and formulated in three stages, including the use of the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. The clinic is in a grow and build position and has 14 alternative strategies with the recommended market development theme being prioritized. A performance measurement system was designed using the Balanced Scorecard, resulting in 12 strategic goals and 20 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). To find more operational initiatives, the clinic's strategy and performance were integrated through Hoshin Kanri, resulting in 6 clinic goals, 15 annual objectives, and 21 strategic initiatives complete with targets and responsible persons. A dashboard was also developed using Google Spreadsheet and Looker Studio, consisting of 6 integrated worksheets to support the monitoring of performance, strategies, and documents needed by the clinic. This research contributes to the fulfillment of the accreditation requirements of Law No. 42 of 2022 and ISO 9001: 2015 through the mapping and documentation that have been prepared.
