Abstract

Industri di sektor jasa memegang peran penting terhadap perekonomian di berbagai daerah. Salah satu tipe usaha di sektor jasa adalah jasa penyewaan. Healing Outdoor Sidrap merupakan contoh usaha persewaan peralatan outdoor yang terletak di Sidrap, Sulawesi Selatan. Memiliki visi menjadi toko outdoor terbaik dan terpercaya yang dikenal di seluruh Sulawesi Selatan. Namun, sejak berdiri pada tahun 2022, visi tersebut belum dapat tercapai meskipun telah menerapkan beberapa strategi untuk pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi bisnis berbasis Product-Service System (PSS) untuk Healing Outdoor Sidrap dengan menggunakan Strategy-Formulation Analytical Framework. Pendekatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu Healing Outdoor Sidrap dalam mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan strategi yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing serta mencapai visinya. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Strategy-Formulation Analytical Framework yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan dengan Matriks IFE-EFE, Analisis SWOT, Matriks TOWS, Matriks IE, dan QSPM sebagai tools yang digunakan. Digunakan pulan internal capability analysis untuk identifikasi kondisi internal serta business environment analysis untuk identifikasi kondisi eksternal. Dengan metode dan tools ini, analisis faktor internal dan eksternal akan dilakukan secara sistematis untuk menghasilkan strategi terukur dan objektif. Hasil yang ditemukan yaitu Healing Outdoor Sidrap memiliki 9 kekuatan, 8 kelemahan, 11 peluang, serta 7 ancaman yang menghasilkan kuadran grow and build dengan rekomendasi strategi terpilih yaitu market development sesuai hasil QSPM dengan STAS tertinggi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi strategis yang dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

The service sector industry plays a crucial role in the economy across various regions. One type of business in the service sector is rental services. Healing Outdoor Sidrap is an example of an outdoor equipment rental business located in Sidrap, South Sulawesi. It aspires to become the premier and most trusted outdoor shop, recognized throughout South Sulawesi. However, since its establishment in 2022, this vision has not been achieved, even though it has implemented several strategies for customers. This study aims to design a business strategy based on the Product-Service System (PSS) for Healing Outdoor Sidrap using the Strategy-Formulation Analytical Framework. This approach is expected to help Healing Outdoor Sidrap identify and formulate more effective strategies to increase competitiveness and achieve its vision. The methodology used in this study is the Strategy-Formulation Analytical Framework, which consists of three stages with the IFE-EFE Matrix, SWOT Analysis, TOWS Matrix, IE Matrix, and QSPM as the tools used. Internal capability analysis is also used to identify internal conditions, and business environment analysis is used to identify external conditions. With this method and tools, internal and external factor analysis will be carried out systematically to produce measurable and objective strategies. The results found that Healing Outdoor Sidrap has 9 strengths, 8 weaknesses, 11 opportunities, and 7 threats that produce the grow and build quadrant with the selected strategy recommendation, namely market development, according to the QSPM results with the highest STAS. This research is expected to provide strategic solutions that can be implemented sustainably to increase competitiveness.
