Abstract
Perumda Air Minum Sumekar sebagai penyedia air bersih perpipaan di Kabupaten Sumenep memiliki tingkat kehilangan air sebesar 32%, dimana angka tersebut melebihi batas maksimal kehilangan air pada PDAM menurut Permen PUPR Nomor 27/PRT/M/2016 yakni sebesar 20%. Oleh karena itu, studi ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji tingkat kehilangan air pada Unit Saronggi sebagai salah satu unit layanan Perumda Air Minum Sumekar serta merancang upaya penurunan kehilangan air yang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis tingkat kehilangan air di Perumda Air Minum Sumekar pada Unit Saronggi menggunakan software WB-EasyCalc untuk mendapatkan penyebab dan besar nilai dari kehilangan air, kemudian melakukan simulasi hidrolika jaringan menggunakan software EPANET 2.2 serta melakukan pengujian akurasi meter pelanggan sebanyak 43 sampel. Setelah itu, dilakukan upaya penurunan kehilangan air berdasarkan identifikasi penyebab dan target penurunan kehilangan air. Hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan besar tingkat kehilangan air pada Unit Saronggi sebesar 30,42% atau sebesar 27.047 m3/3bulan pada periode Januari – Maret 2025. Untuk menurunkan tingkat kehilangan air non fisik sebesar 0,27% dilakukan penggantian meter air terhadap 105 meter pelanggan yang tidak akurat dengan penyimpangan positif. Sementara itu, untuk menurunkan tingkat kehilangan air fisik sebesar 30,15%, dilakukan metode step test untuk mendeteksi lokasi kebocoran secara spesifik untuk kemudian dilakukan perbaikan kebocoran dengan target penurunan kehilangan air fisik sebesar 10,15%. Berdasarkan upaya penurunan yang telah dirancang dalam kurun waktu 5 (lima) tahun, diperoleh jumlah volume air yang dapat terselamatkan sebesar 37.050,56 m3/5tahun dengan jumlah potensi penambahan sambungan baru sebanyak 187 sambungan pelanggan. Dari jumlah volume air yang dapat terselamatkan, diketahui tingkat kehilangan air yang dapat diperoleh setelah dilakukan upaya penurunan kehilangan air sebesar 20%.

Perumda Air Minum Sumekar as a provider of piped clean water in Sumenep Regency has a water loss rate of 32%, where this figure exceeds the maximum limit of water loss in PDAM according to PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 27/PRT/M/2016 which is 20%. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the level of water loss in the Saronggi Unit as one of the service units of Perumda Air Minum Sumekar and to design targeted water loss reduction efforts. This study was conducted by analyzing the level of water loss in Perumda Air Minum Sumekar at the Saronggi Unit using WB-EasyCalc software to obtain the causes and magnitude of water loss, then conducting network hydraulic simulations using EPANET 2.2 software and testing the accuracy of customer meters on 43 samples. After that, efforts to reduce water loss were carried out based on the identification of causes and targets for reducing water loss. The results of this study, obtained a large level of water loss in the Saronggi Unit of 30.42% or 27,047 m3/3 months in the period January - March 2025. To reduce the level of non-physical water loss by 0.27%, water meters were replaced on 105 inaccurate customer meters with positive deviations. Meanwhile, to reduce the level of physical water loss by 30.15%, a step test method was carried out to detect the location of the leak specifically and then repair the leak with a target of reducing physical water loss by 10.15%. Based on the reduction efforts that have been designed within a period of 5 (five) years, the amount of water volume that can be saved is 37,050.56 m3/5 years with a potential number of new connections of 187 customer connections. From the amount of water volume that can be saved, it is known that the level of water loss that can be obtained after efforts to reduce water loss is 20%
