Abstract

Dalam mewujudkan tantangan 3D Smart City sebagai keperluan visualisasi, kebutuhan pemodelan 3D semakin berkembang pesat khususnya dalam bidang pemetaan dan rekonstruksi. Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang pemanfaatan foto udara untuk pemodelan 3D bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model 3D bangunan dengan tingkat Level of Detail 3 (LoD 3) menggunakan metode fotogrametri berbasis UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Gedung Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Provinsi Jawa Timur di Kota Surabaya dipilih sebagai objek studi karena nilai arsitekturnya yang kompleks dan menarik. Pengolahan model 3D data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data foto udara oblique, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat lunak Agisoft Metashape menghasilkan 409.973 tie point, 520 depth maps, dense point cloud sebanyak 18.8561.880 titik, dan model dengan 2.237.504 faces serta 1.122.376 vertices. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan geometrik dengan nilai RMSE sebesar 34,85 cm (easting), 45,84 cm (northing), dan 38,27 cm (height), yang memenuhi standar Level of Detail 3 (LoD 3) menurut OGC 2012. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis ketelitian geometric, akurasi, dan visual model yang dihasilkan dengan membandingkan data model dengan pengukuran lapangan.

In realizing the challenges of 3D Smart City as a visualization requirement, the need for 3D modeling is growing rapidly, especially in the field of mapping and reconstruction. This study will discuss the use of aerial photography for 3D modeling of buildings. This study aims to produce a 3D model of a building with a level of detail of Level of Detail 3 (LoD 3) using a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)-based photogrammetry method. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) Building of East Java Province in Surabaya City was chosen as the object of study because of its complex and interesting architectural value. The processing of the 3D data model was carried out using oblique aerial photography data, which was then processed using Agisoft Metashape software to produce 409,973 tie points, 520 depth maps, dense point clouds of 18,8561,880 points, and a model with 2,237,504 faces and 1,122,376 vertices. The processing results show geometric accuracy with RMSE values of 34.85 cm (easting), 45.84 cm (northing), and 38.27 cm (height), which meet the Level of Detail 3 (LoD 3) standards according to OGC 2012. This study also evaluates the geometric accuracy, accuracy, and visual of the resulting model by comparing model data with field measurements
