Abstract
Banjir merupakan bencana yang kerap terjadi di Provinsi Jawa Timur dan berdampak pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, serta lingkungan. Kecamatan Tarokan, Kabupaten Kediri, menjadi salah satu wilayah yang sering mengalami banjir akibat kombinasi faktor topografi, curah hujan, dan aktivitas manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan daerah rawan banjir menggunakan metode skoring dan pembobotan berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) guna mendukung upaya mitigasi bencana. Enam parameter digunakan, yaitu kemiringan lereng, ketinggian lahan, curah hujan, jenis tanah, jarak dari sungai, dan tutupan lahan. Data yang digunakan meliputi batas administrasi, Digital Elevation Model Nasional (DEMNAS), curah hujan, jenis tanah, aliran sungai, tutupan lahan, dan data kejadian banjir. Setiap parameter diberi skor berdasarkan tingkat kerentanannya terhadap banjir, kemudian dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah data spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wilayah Kecamatan Tarokan termasuk dalam kategori rawan banjir tinggi (33,7%), sedang (48,8%), dan rendah (17,3%). Faktor dominan penyebab kerawanan tinggi adalah kedekatan dengan sungai, tutupan lahan terbangun dan pertanian, dan kemiringan lereng landai. Validasi menggunakan data kejadian banjir dari BPBD Kabupaten Kediri menunjukkan kesesuaian antara hasil pemetaan dengan fakta lapangan, dengan wilayah berpotensi tinggi terdampak banjir (33,7%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kecamatan Tarokan memiliki kerentanan signifikan terhadap banjir, terutama di desa-desa seperti Cengkok, Jati, Kalirong, Kedungsari, Kerep, dan Tarokan.

Flooding is a recurring disaster in East Java Province, significantly impacting social, economic, and environmental aspects. Tarokan District, located in Kediri Regency, is among the areas frequently affected by floods due to a combination of topographic factors, rainfall intensity, and human activities. This study aims to map flood-prone areas using a scoring and weighting method based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to support disaster mitigation efforts. Six parameters were analyzed: slope gradient, elevation, rainfall, soil type, distance from rivers, and land cover. The data used include administrative boundaries, the National Digital Elevation Model (DEMNAS), rainfall data, soil types, river networks, land cover, and flood incident records. Each parameter was assigned a score based on its level of vulnerability to flooding, followed by a weighting process using spatial data processing software. The results indicate that areas in Tarokan District fall into high (33.7%), moderate (48.8%), and low (17.3%) flood vulnerability categories. The dominant contributing factors to high flood risk include proximity to rivers, built-up and agricultural land cover, and gentle slopes. Validation using flood incident data from the Kediri Regency Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) confirms the consistency between the mapping results and field conditions, with high flood potential identified in (33.7%) of the area. In conclusion, Tarokan District exhibits significant flood vulnerability, particularly in villages such as Cengkok, Jati, Kalirong, Kedungsari, Kerep, and Tarokan.
