Abstract

PT Pupuk Sriwijadja Palembang, sebuah perusahaan pupuk nasional, juga bertanggung jawab atas distribusi dan pemasaran pupuk bersubsidi untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Dalam upaya menjaga stabilitas dan kontinuitas sistem kelistrikan guna memenuhi kebutuhan daya, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja didukung oleh lima unit pembangkit listrik. Di antaranya, empat unit adalah Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) dengan kapasitas total 48.25 MW, dan satu unit adalah Steam Turbine Generator (STG) dengan kapasitas total 23 MW. Namun pada pelaksanaanya terjadi beberapa masalah yang menganggu kestabilan sistem, seperti pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024, 20 Februari 2024, dan 21 Februari 2024 terjadi generator outage yang dapat menyebabkan dapat menyebabkan blackout pada sistem kelistrikan PT Pupuk Sriwijaya. Studi analisis load shedding ini dilakukan karena PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja mengalami 3 case gangguan, maka perlu dilakukan analisis terhadap sistem kelistrikan yang ada untuk dapat memberikan solusi dan mitigasi terhadap gangguan yang menyebabkan sistem kelistrikan pada PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja mengalami mati total (blackout), Evaluasi dan mitigasi tersebut dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek, sesuai masukan dari PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, Palembang selaku pemilik pekerjaan. Dengan adanya kajian ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keandalan dan kesiapan sistem kelistrikan saat kejadian gangguan listrik akibat generator outage.

PT Pupuk Sriwijadja Palembang, a national fertilizer company, is also responsible for the distribution and marketing of subsidized fertilizers to support national food security. In an effort to maintain the stability and continuity of the electricity system to meet power needs, PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja is supported by five power generation units. Among them, four units are Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) with a total capacity of 48.25 MW, and one unit is Steam Turbine Generator (STG) with a total capacity of 23 MW. However, in its implementation there were several problems that disrupted system stability, such as on January 15, 2024, February 20, 2024, and February 21, 2024 there were generator outages that could cause blackouts in the PT Pupuk Sriwijaya electricity system. This load shedding analysis study was carried out because PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja experienced 3 cases of disturbance, so it is necessary to analyze the existing electrical system to be able to provide solutions and mitigation of disturbances that cause the electrical system at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja to experience a total shutdown (blackout), The evaluation and mitigation were carried out comprehensively by considering various aspects, according to input from PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja, Palembang as the work owner. With this study, it is hoped that it can improve the reliability and readiness of the electricity system during the occurrence of electrical disturbances due to generator outage.
