Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis risiko Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan (K3L) pada proses dry docking kapal di Graving Dock PT. XYZ menggunakan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control). Metode HIRARC digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat risiko, dan menyusun langkah pengendalian guna meminimalkan risiko pada berbagai tahap pekerjaan dry docking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terkait bahaya yang berisiko terhadap K3L serta memberikan rekomendasi tindakan pengendalian yang efektif untuk menjaga keselamatan pekerja dan mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Dalam analisis pada aspek K3 didapatkan 17 aktivitas pekerjaan, 39 potensi bahaya, dan 39 dampak pada pekerja. Pada aspek Lingkungan didapatkan 15 aktivitas pekerjaan, 15 potensi bahaya, dan 15 dampak pada lingkungan. Analisis likelihood dan severity pada aspek K3 didapatkan sebanyak 34 potensi bahaya dan dampak yang relevan dan untuk aspek Lingkungan, didapatkan sebanyak 15 potensi bahaya dan dampak. Pada aspek K3 didapatkan: 10 risiko rendah (low risk), 22 risiko sedang (medium risk), dan 2 risiko tinggi (high risk). Kemudian untuk aspek Lingkungan, didapatkan: 7 risiko rendah (low risk) dan 8 risiko sedang (medium risk). Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan berharga bagi PT. XYZ dalam mengoptimalkan penerapan elemen K3L dan mendukung penelitian lanjutan di bidang serupa.

This research analyzes Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHSE) risks in the ship dry docking process at the Graving Dock of PT. XYZ. It employs the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method. The HIRARC method is utilized to identify potential hazards, assess risk levels, and formulate control measures to minimize risks at various stages of dry docking work. This study aims to enhance understanding of potential OHSE hazards and to provide recommendations for effective control actions to maintain worker safety and prevent work accidents. In the analysis of the OHS aspect, 17 work activities, 39 potential hazards, and 39 impacts on workers were identified. For the Environmental aspect, 15 work activities, 15 potential hazards, and 15 impacts on the environment were found. Likelihood and Severity Analysis for the OHS aspect, 34 relevant potential hazards and impacts were identified, and the Environmental aspect, 15 potential hazards and impacts were identified. In the OHS aspect, the following risk levels were found: 10 low risks, 22 medium risks, and 2 high risks. And for the Environmental aspect, the following risk levels were found: 7 low risks and 8 medium risks. The research findings are expected to provide valuable input for PT. XYZ in optimizing the implementation of OHSE elements and to support further research in similar fields.
