Abstract

Penelitian ini meliputi studi literatur, identifikasi pemangku kepentingan, pengumpulan data, pengembangan model simulasi, analisis dan evaluasi data, serta penyusunan laporan. Data konsumsi listrik, profil penggunaan kendaraan listrik, tarif listrik, beban puncak, dan kebijakan pemerintah terkait kendaraan listrik dan energi terbarukan akan dikumpulkan dan dianalisis. Model simulasi akan dikembangkan untuk mengevaluasi dampak penerapan tarif dinamis terhadap pola pengisian daya kendaraan listrik, penghematan biaya, pengurangan beban puncak, dan pendapatan PLN. Hasil analisis One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik dalam konsumsi daya listrik (kWh) di antara periode waktu pengisian daya-Jam Puncak (18:00-21:00), Jam Tidak Puncak (22:00-01:00), dan Jam Puncak (01:00-05:00) dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,198. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku pengisian daya pengguna kendaraan listrik relatif konsisten di seluruh periode tarif yang berbeda. Uji post hoc Tukey HSD lebih lanjut mendukung temuan ini, yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan dalam konsumsi daya antara kelompok waktu mana pun. Sebaliknya, analisis total biaya listrik menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik (p = 0,009) di seluruh periode pengisian daya. This study encompasses a literature review, stakeholder identification, data collection, simulation model development, data analysis and evaluation, and report preparation. Data on electricity consumption, electric vehicle usage profiles, electricity tariffs, peak load, and government policies related to electric vehicles and renewable energy will be collected and analyzed. A simulation model will be developed to evaluate the impact of dynamic pricing implementation on electric vehicle charging patterns, cost savings, peak load reduction, and PLN’s revenue. The results of the One-Way ANOVA analysis indicate that there is no statistically significant difference in electricity consumption (kWh) across charging time periods—Peak Hours (18:00–21:00), Off-Peak Hours (22:00–01:00), and Super Off-Peak Hours (01:00–05:00)—with a p-value of 0.198. This suggests that users’ charging behavior remains relatively consistent across different tariff periods. Further post hoc analysis using Tukey's HSD test supports this finding, showing no significant differences in electricity consumption between any of the time groups. In contrast, the analysis of total electricity costs reveals a statistically significant difference (p = 0.009) across charging periods. Post hoc comparisons show that electricity costs during Peak Hours are significantly higher than during Off-Peak Hours (p = 0.042) and Super Off-Peak Hours (p = 0.007), whereas the cost difference between Off-Peak and Super Off-Peak periods is not statistically significant (p = 0.709).
