Abstract

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia di antaranya yaitu rumah sakit, pusat kesehatan masyarakat (puskesmas), klinik, dan apotek. Pemerintah dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Walaupun peningkatan pelayanan tersebut telah dilakukan pemerintah, tetapi masih ada permasalahan yang masih perlu dihadapi, salah satunya adalah kompleksitas sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Di antara pendekatan yang terbukti dapat meminimalisir dampak negatif dari kompleksitas ini adalah dengan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kesehatan (SIMKES) yang dapat mengintegrasikan seluruh pelayanan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. SIMKES juga memiliki peran yang besar bagi pasien rawat inap karena dapat menurunkan tingkat kematian pasien rawat inap, komplikasi pasien, dan biaya pengobatan pasien. Saat ini telah dikembangkan SIMKES bernama SIMKES Khanza yang dapat melakukan manajemen tindakan dan pengobatan rawat inap, tetapi SIMKES tersebut hanya tersedia dalam versi desktop. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi kesehatan untuk mengelola pemberian tindakan dan pengobatan pada rawat inap berbasis web dengan melakukan porting dari SIMKES versi desktop. Hasil yang diharapkan pada dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi manajemen kesehatan yang dapat mengelola pemberian tindakan dan pengobatan pada rawat inap.

Health service facilities are tasked with organizing health service efforts. Health service facilities in Indonesia include hospitals, community health centers (puskesmas), clinics, and pharmacies. The government is required to always improve health services provided by health service facilities. Even though the government has made improvements to these services, there are still problems that need to be faced, one of which is the complexity of the health service system. One of the approaches that have been proven to minimize the negative impact of this complexity is by implementing a Health Management Information System (HMIS) which can integrate all services in healthcare facilities. HMIS also has a big role for inpatients because it can reduce inpatient mortality rates, patient complications, and patient medical costs. Currently, an HMIS, called SIMKES Khanza, has been developed which can carry out inpatient care and treatment management, but the HMIS is only available in the desktop version. Therefore, this research aims to develop a health management information system to manage the administration of procedures and treatment in web-based inpatient settings by porting from the desktop version of the HMIS. The expected result of this final project is a health management information system that can manage the administration of procedures and treatment in inpatient settings.
