Abstract

Kerusakan pada perkerasan lentur jalan berdampak signifikan terhadap kenyamanan, keselamatan, dan efisiensi transportasi, khususnya di wilayah dengan intensitas lalu lintas tinggi seperti Jalan Sumedang, Jalan Raya Panggungrejo, dan Jalan Raya Mangunrejo di Kecamatan Kepanjen, Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Kondisi jalan yang rusak menjadi tantangan dalam mendukung pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs) ke-9, yaitu pembangunan infrastruktur yang andal dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kerusakan dan ketidakrataan jalan, menentukan jenis perbaikan yang tepat agar jalan tetap nyaman, kuat, dan awet, serta memperkirakan anggaran biaya perbaikan yang diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Surface Distress Index (SDI) dan International Roughness Index (IRI) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Roadroid untuk memperoleh penilaian kondisi jalan secara kuantitatif. Analisis korelasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara data SDI dan IRI, yang menunjukkan nilai korelasi kuat sebesar 0,80701 pada arah Ngliyep dan 0,80752 pada arah Malang. Data Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata (LHR) juga menjadi indikator penting dalam menentukan kebutuhan rehabilitasi dan peningkatan struktur perkerasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata nilai SDI sebesar 79,75 untuk lajur kiri arah Ngliyep dan 72,5 untuk lajur kanan arah Malang, sedangkan nilai IRI rata-rata adalah 3,12 untuk lajur kiri dan 3,38 untuk lajur kanan. Rekomendasi perbaikan meliputi overlay AC-WC 40 mm, patching AC-WC 60 mm, serta peningkatan atau rekonstruksi sesuai pedoman Binamarga 2018. Estimasi biaya disusun berdasarkan volume dan jenis pekerjaan dengan pendekatan Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP), menghasilkan total anggaran sebesar Rp 5.389.095.353,60.

Damage to flexible pavement significantly affects comfort, safety, and transportation efficiency, especially in areas with high traffic intensity such as Jalan Sumedang, Jalan Raya Panggungrejo, and Jalan Raya Mangunrejo in Kepanjen District, Malang Regency, East Java. Poor road conditions pose a direct challenge to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 9, which targets the development of reliable and high-quality infrastructure to support economic activities and public welfare. This study aims to evaluate the level of pavement damage and roughness, determine the appropriate repair methods to maintain road comfort, strength, and durability, and estimate the required repair costs. The analysis uses the Surface Distress Index (SDI) and the International Roughness Index (IRI), providing quantitative assessments of road conditions with the support of the Roadroid application. A correlation analysis between SDI and IRI was conducted, resulting in a strong correlation of 0.80701 in the Ngliyep direction and 0.80752 in the Malang direction. Average Daily Traffic (ADT) data also serves as an important indicator for determining rehabilitation needs and pavement structure improvement. The results show that the average SDI value is 79.75 for the left lane towards Ngliyep and 72.5 for the right lane towards Malang, while the average IRI values are 3.12 and 3.38 respectively. The recommended repair works include a 40 mm AC-WC overlay, 60 mm AC-WC patching, and structural improvements or reconstruction in accordance with the 2018 Binamarga guidelines. The cost estimation is prepared based on the required work volumes and types using the Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) approach, resulting in a total repair budget of IDR 5.389.095.353,60.
