Abstract

Infrastruktur jalan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga urat nadi perekonomian di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Salah satu program preservasi jalan adalah kegiatan rekonstruksi jalan yaitu kegiatan perbaikan pada kondisi jalan yang tidak mantap / rusak berat. Khususnya pada perkerasan letur (flexible pavement), kegiatan rekonstruksi di Wilayah Kalimantan Selatan ini dapat mencakup pekerjaan pengerikilan ulang (regravelling) atau pekerjaan daur ulang (recycling (CTRB)) perkerasan eksisting yang kemudian didaur ulang menjadi perkerasan jalan baru.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan survey kuesioner kepada para responden yang berkompeten dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan perkerasan lentur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk menentukan ranking kriteria yang berpengaruh serta alternatif terbaik pekerjaan rekonstruksi jalan pada perkerasan lentur yang dianalisis menggunakan software.
Ranking prioritas kriteria dalam menentukan jenis rekonstruksi yaitu tercapainya tingkat layanan umur rencana (0,288), kelestarian lingkungan (0,146), ketersediaan material (0,124), biaya pemeliharaan (0,094), pemanfaatan material lokal (0,089), biaya pelaksanaan (0,081), kemudahan pemeliharaan (0,077), kemudahan pelaksanaan (0,054) dan waktu pelaksanaan (0,047). Prioritas alternatif untuk rekonstruksi perkerasan lentur di Kalimantan Selatan berdasarkan urutan perankingan yaitu jenis rekonstruksi recycling (CTRB) dengan bobot (0.517) dan jenis rekonstruksi regravelling dengan bobot (0.483).

Road infrastructure is a crucial component in maintaining the economic lifeline of South Kalimantan Province. One of the road preservation programs is reconstruction, which involves the repair of roads that are in poor or severely damaged condition. Specifically for flexible pavements, reconstruction activities in the South Kalimantan region may include regravelling or recycling (CTRB) of the existing pavement, which is then processed into new road pavement.
This study was conducted through a questionnaire survey administered to respondents who are competent in the implementation of flexible pavement works. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was employed to determine the ranking of influential criteria and to identify the most suitable alternative for flexible pavement reconstruction, with the analysis performed using software.
The priority ranking of criteria in determining the type of reconstruction is as follows: achievement of the planned service life level (0.288), environmental sustainability (0.146), material availability (0.124), maintenance cost (0.094), utilization of local materials (0.089), implementation cost (0.081), ease of maintenance (0.077), ease of implementation (0.054), and implementation time (0.047). The priority alternatives for flexible pavement reconstruction in South Kalimantan, based on the ranking order, are recycling (CTRB) with a weight of 0.517, followed by regravelling with a weight of 0.483.
