Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi objek dan daya tarik wisata yang sangat kaya dan sangat menarik khusus nya pada Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pertumbuhan obyek wisata dan mobilitas masyarakat di Jawa Timur khususnya wilayah Blitar–Kabupaten Malang meningkat sebanyak 4,07 % di tahun 2022 dapat dilihat dari data Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. Maka jalan mempunyai peranan penting dalam konektivitas antar wilayah dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai sarana pembangunan perekonomian maupun sosial yang lebih baik. Dalam upaya pembangunan infrastruktur alternatif yang berkelanjutan SGDs (Sustainable Development Goals) poin ke 9, perancangan geometrik jalan tol Blitar – Kabupaten Malang selaras dengan tujuan tersebut. Dalam tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk merancang detail geometrik jalan tol yang dapat menghubungkan segmen Blitar dan Kabupaten Malang. Terdapat 2 alternatif trase yang diolah menggunakan metode Multi Criteria Analysis dan yang dipilih dalam tugas akhir ini opsi pertama dengan panjang 40,2 km dengan kondisi topografi datar. Dalam menentukan prakiraan dilakukan trip assignment dengan tiga metode yaitu: metode Smock, metode Davidson, dan metode Jica 1. Dari ketiga metode tersebut diambil data yang paling optimis yaitu metode Davidson dengan persentase yang akan melewati jalan tol sebanyak 40% dengan jumlah kendaraan 4854. Pada perancangan geometrik menggunakan standar Pedoman Desain Geometrik Jalan 2021 dan Geometrik Jalan Bebas Hambatan 2009 di dapatkan jalan tol tipe jalan 4/2-T lalu untuk kecepatan 120 km/jam dengan gradien maksimum di 4%, lebar lajur 3,6m, lebar bahu 2,5m. Dari hasil perancangan geometrik jalan tol di dapatkan tikungan sebanyak 13 titik Point of Interest dengan tipe lengkung S-C-S dengan jari-jari lengkung yang digunakan 2000m dan 900m. Lalu untuk alinemen vertikal didapatkan 11 tipe cembung dan 12 tipe cekung.

Indonesia possesses an exceptionally rich and appealing potential for tourist objects and attractions, particularly in East Java Province. According to data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, the growth of tourist attractions and public mobility in East Java, especially in the Blitar-Malang Regency area, increased by 4.07% in 2022. Therefore, roads play a crucial role in inter-regional connectivity and in fulfilling community needs as a means for better economic and social development. In an effort to develop sustainable alternative infrastructure, aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 9, the geometric design of the Blitar-Malang Regency toll road aligns with this objective. This final project aims to design the detailed geometry of a toll road that can connect the Blitar and Malang Regency segments. Two alternative alignments were processed using the Multi Criteria Analysis method. The first option, chosen for this final project, has a length of 40.2 km with flat topographical conditions. To determine traffic forecasts, trip assignment was conducted using three methods: the Smock method, the Davidson method, and the JICA 1 method. Among these three, the most optimistic data was taken from the Davidson method, which predicts that 40% of vehicles, totaling 4.854 vehicles, will use the toll road. The road was designed geometrically using the 2021 Road Geometric Design Guidelines and the 2009 Freeway Geometric Design standards the toll road is designed as a 4/2-T type with a speed limit of 120 km/hour, a maximum gradient of 4%, a lane width of 3.6m, and a shoulder width of 2.5m. The results of the geometric design indicate 13 horizontal curve points of interest with an S-C-S curve type using radius of 2000m and 900m. For the vertical alignment, 11 convex and 12 concave curve types were obtained.
