Abstract
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri pupuk dan bertanggung jawab dalam distribusi dan pemasaran pupuk bersubsidi guna mendukung ketahanan pangan nasional. Agar kebutuhan proses produksi terpenuhi dan didukung dengan peraturan pemerintah PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang melakukan integrasi daya dari PLN sebagai sumber pembangkit tambahan guna memenuhi kebutuhan daya beban dan menjaga kontinuitas sistem kelistrikan di perusahaan tersebut. Sistem kelistrikan yang ada di PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang ditunjang oleh 5 unit pembangkit, dengan jenis pembangkit Gas Turbin Generator (GTG) berjumlah 4 unit dengan kapasitas total pembangkitan sebesar 48 MW dan Steam Turbin Generator (STG) berjumlah 1 unit dengan kapasitas pembangkitan sebesar 23MW. Dengan adanya integrasi daya dari PLN maka koordinasi sistem proteksi pada plant PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang belum dianalisis lebih lanjut, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis koordinasi proteksi guna mencegah terjadinya kegagalan sistem serta memastikan keandalan pasokan kebutuhan listrik tetap stabil agar tidak terjadi black out. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kinerja sistem koordinasi proteksi akibat adanya suplai daya tambahan dari integrasi PLN berupa setting rele arus lebih gangguan fasa serta dilakukannya analisis pada plant PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang untuk mendapatkan setting rele proteksi dan urutan tripping yang tepat dan sesuai sehingga sistem dapat mempertahankan kontinuitas aliran daya yang stabil dan tetap terjaga.

PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is a company engaged in the fertilizer industry and is responsible for the distribution and marketing of subsidized fertilizers to support national food security. In order to meet the needs of the production process and supported by government regulations, PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang integrates power from PLN as an additional source of generation to meet load power needs and maintain the continuity of the electricity
system in the company. The existing electricity system at PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang is supported by 5 generating units, with 4 units of Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) with a total generation capacity of 48 MW and 1 unit of Steam Turbine Generator (STG) with a generation capacity of 23 MW. With the integration of power from PLN, the coordination of the protection system at the PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang plant has not been analyzed further, so it is necessary to analyze protection coordination to prevent system failures and ensure the reliability of the supply of electricity needs remains stable so that black outs do not occur. In this study, an analysis of the performance of the protection coordination system will be carried out due to the additional power supply from the integration of PLN in the form of a phase fault overcurrent relay setting and analysis at the PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang plant to get the right and appropriate protection relay settings and tripping sequences so that the system can maintain stable and maintained power flow continuity.
