Abstract

Industri otomotif telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat, sehingga meningkatkan kebutuhan akan manajemen rantai pasok dan pemasok yang efektif. Dalam konteks ini, aktivitas pembelian menyumbang hingga 70% dari total biaya produksi, dan menjadikan itu faktor strategis yang penting bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas proses pemilihan pemasok di PT XYZ, perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang stamping press otomotif, yang menghadapi permasalahan berupa evaluasi pemasok yang masih bersifat subjektif serta keterlambatan pengiriman, yang berdampak pada gangguan operasional dan peningkatan biaya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode terintegrasi dengan menggabungkan Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk mendukung pemilihan pemasok yang lebih objektif dan terstruktur. Penelitian dilakukan pada dua komponen, yaitu bearing dan seal O-Ring, yang masing-masing memiliki tiga pemasok eksisting. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, PT B dipilih sebagai pemasok utama bearing dengan bobot 0,4993, sementara PT Y dipilih sebagai pemasok utama seal O-Ring dengan bobot 0,4989. Melalui metode ANP, diperoleh tujuh kriteria utama dan 19 sub-kriteria, dengan urutan prioritas yaitu biaya (0,268336), kualitas (0,248506), pengiriman (0,188308), layanan (0,103854), produksi (0,096207), kompetensi hijau (0,057282), dan sosial (0,037505). Kriteria-kriteria ini kemudian diterjemahkan ke dalam 11 kebutuhan teknis melalui matriks QFD pertama, di mana harga kompetitif dan stabil, orientasi proses bisnis, dan hubungan jangka panjang menempati peringkat teratas. Untuk mendukung perbaikan berkelanjutan di PT XYZ, dikembangkan matriks QFD kedua yang merekomendasikan program pengembangan pemasok sebagai inisiatif perbaikan utama.

The automotive industry has experienced significant growth, which increase the need for effective supply chain and supplier management. In this context, purchasing contributes up to 70% of manufacturing costs. This makes strategic supplier selection as a critical factor for the continuity of a company. This study addresses supplier selection at PT XYZ, a company in the automotive stamping press industry, facing challenges such as subjective supplier evaluations and delivery delays, which lead to operational disruptions and increased costs. To address these issues, this study proposes an integrated method combining the use of Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for more objective and structured supplier selection. The research was conducted on two components, bearing and seal O-Ring, each involving three existing suppliers. Based on the research that has been done, PT. B was selected as the key supplier for bearing with the weight of 0.4993, while PT. Y was chosen for seal O-Ring with the weight of 0.4989. The ANP method identified seven key criteria and 19 sub-criteria, with cost (0.268336), quality (0.248506), delivery (0.188308), service (0.103854), production (0.096207), green competencies (0.057282), and social (0.037505). These were than translated into 11 technical requirements through the first QFD matrix, where competitive and stable price, business process orientation, and long-term relationship ranked highest. To support continuous improvement for PT XYZ, a second QFD matrix was developed, recommending supplier development programs as the top improvement initiatives.
