Abstract
Sistem Distribusi merupakan salah satu komponen krusial dalam sistem tenaga listrik. Dalam kondisi keseharian Jaringan Distribusi harus menyuplai kebutuhan listrik ke seluruh pelanggan dengan beban yang berfluktuasi. Namun, Kondisi beban yang tidak seimbang dalam distribusi modern menimbulkan tantangan signifikan khususnya dalam menjaga Power Quality dan Mengurangi Losses. Teknik rekonfigurasi sering digunakan untuk mengasumsikan beban seimbang, dimana diaplikasikan di kehidupan nyata dengan kondisi beban tidak seimbang, sistem distribusi Gejayan akan menjadi objek kajian dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang akan digunakan untuk Rekonfigurasi jaringan distribusi radial tidak seimbang yaitu BPSO (Binary Particle Swarm Optimization) untuk meminimalkan losses. Switching yang dikodekan dalam algoritma BPSO digunakan untuk mencari konfigurasi optimal dalam kondisi normal dan gangguan. Evaluasi performa konfigurasi dilakukan berdasarkan Load Flow Analysis terhadap tiga fasa yang tidak seimbang secara rinci dan akurat merepresentasikan ketidakseimbangan beban dalam jaringan Gejayan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi normal BPSO berhasil mengurangi rugi rugi daya hinggan 47% dari yang sebelumnya 745,303 kW menjadi 392,9 kW dan menurunkan arus tidak seimbang sebesar 10 % dari yang sebelumnya 0,132 menjadi 0,119 dan dalam kondisi gangguan berhasil mengurangi rugi rugi daya sebanyak 11,8 % dari yang sebelumnya 392,9 kW menjadi 238,02 kW.

The distribution system is one of the crucial components in the electric power system. In daily conditions, the distribution network must supply electricity needs to all customers with fluctuating loads. However, unbalanced load conditions in modern distribution pose significant challenges, especially in maintaining power quality and reducing losses. Reconfiguration techniques are often used to assume a balanced load, which is applied in real life with unbalanced load conditions, the Gejayan distribution system will be the object of study in this research. The approach that will be used to reconfigure the unbalanced radial distribution network is BPSO (Binary Particle Swarm Optimization) to minimize losses. Switching encoded in the BPSO algorithm is used to find the optimal configuration under normal and fault conditions. Configuration performance evaluation was carried out based on Load Flow Analysis of three unbalanced phases in detail and accurately representing the load imbalance in the Gejayan network. The results show that under normal conditions the BPSO succeeded in reducing power losses by up to 47% from the previous 745,303 kW to 392.9 kW and reduced unbalanced current by 10% from the previous 0.132 to 0.119 and in disturbance conditions it succeeded in reducing power losses by 11.8% from the previous 392.9 kW to 238.02 kW.
