Abstract

Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran di era digital, termasuk di lingkungan boarding school. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan TIK di Nurul Fikri Boarding School Serang dengan mengacu pada kerangka UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (ICT-CFT). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner tertutup dan semi-terbuka yang diisi oleh 39 guru. Instrumen utama terdiri dari 54 butir pernyataan yang mencerminkan tiga level kompetensi: Knowledge Acquisition (KA), Knowledge Deepening (KD), dan Knowledge Creation (KC). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru telah mencapai kompetensi pada level KA dan KD, namun terdapat beberapa domain pada level KC yang masih perlu ditingkatkan, seperti pada aspek inovasi guru dan organisasi pembelajaran digital. Selain itu, faktor pendukung utama adalah dukungan kebijakan sekolah, sementara kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan keterbatasan fasilitas dan kolaborasi profesional. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi konkrit yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan kompetensi guru, guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis TIK di sekolah berbasis boarding.

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays an important role in supporting the learning process in the digital era, including in boarding school environments. This study aims to analyze teachers perceptions of ICT use at Nurul Fikri Boarding School Serang by referring to the UNESCO ICT Competency Framework for Teachers (ICT-CFT). The study used a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection through closed and semi-open questionnaires filled out by 39 teachers. The main instrument consisted of 54 statements reflecting three levels of competency: Knowledge Acquisition (KA), Knowledge Deepening (KD), and Knowledge Creation (KC). The results of the analysis show that most teachers have achieved competency at the KA and KD levels, but there are several domains at the KC level that still need to be improved, such as in the aspects of teacher innovation and digital learning organization. In addition, the main supporting factor is school policy support, while the obstacles faced are related to limited facilities and professional collaboration. This study provides concrete recommendations that can be used as a basis for developing teacher competency, in order to improve the effectiveness of ICT-based learning in boarding schools.
