Abstract
Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan aspek penting dalam proyek konstruksi untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan dan pengaruh faktor manajemen, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap penerapan K3, serta mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling dominan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung CWI-02 ITS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei melalui kuesioner kepada 35 responden dari berbagai divisi proyek. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui perangkat lunak SPSS, serta uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penerapan K3. Secara parsial, pelaksanaan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dibandingkan manajemen dan pengawasan. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 55,6% menunjukkan bahwa variabel manajemen, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan secara bersama-sama dapat menjelaskan sebagian besar variasi dalam penerapan K3. Sumbangan relatif tertinggi diberikan oleh pelaksanaan sebesar 42,1%, diikuti pengawasan 36,5%, dan manajemen 21,4%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan K3 perlu difokuskan pada aspek pelaksanaan di lapangan.

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect in construction projects to prevent workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment. This study aims to analyze the relationship and influence of management, implementation, and supervision factors on OHS implementation, as well as to identify the most dominant factor in the CWI-02 building construction project at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS). A quantitative approach was used through a questionnaire survey involving 35 respondents from various project divisions. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS software, along with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results show that all three independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on OHS implementation. Partially, implementation is the most dominant factor compared to management and supervision. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 55.6% indicates that the combined influence of management, implementation, and supervision explains most of the variation in OHS implementation. The highest relative contribution is from implementation at 42.1%, followed by supervision at 36.5% and management at 21.4%. These findings suggest that efforts to improve OHS should focus on field-level implementation.
