Abstract

Program IISMA memberikan kesempatan untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan pengalaman akademik di luar negeri. Dalam program ini, dipilih program studi Data Analytics di La Trobe College, Australia, yang mengungkapkan perbedaan signifikan dalam sistem pendidikan, metode belajar, serta penerapan ilmu yang diperoleh. Selain itu, kunjungan industri ke Google dan Pabrik Cokelat Yarra Valley memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana konsep-konsep yang dipelajari dapat diterapkan dalam dunia nyata. Kunjungan ke Google menunjukkan pentingnya inovasi teknologi dan pemanfaatan data geografis dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, sementara kunjungan ke Pabrik Cokelat Yarra Valley memperkenalkan prinsip sustainability yang diterapkan dalam berbagai aspek bisnis. Pengalaman dari program IISMA ini memberikan pengetahuan praktis yang berharga untuk mendukung pencapaian karir di bidang Data Analytics.

The IISMA program offers an opportunity to broaden knowledge and academic experience abroad. In this program, Data Analytics was chosen at La Trobe College, Australia, which revealed significant differences in the education system, learning methods, and the application of acquired knowledge. Additionally, industry visits to Google and Yarra Valley Chocolate Factory provided insights into how the concepts learned can be applied in real-world scenarios. The visit to Google highlighted the importance of technological innovation and the use of geographic data in software development, while the visit to Yarra Valley Chocolate Factory introduced sustainability principles implemented across various business aspects. The experience gained from the IISMA program provided valuable practical knowledge to support a career in Data Analytics.
