Abstract
Alzheimer merupakan masalah kesehatan global seiring dengan meningkatnya populasi lanjut usia di dunia. Pada era modern ini dan seiring perkembangan teknologi, mobile application dapat memberikan manfaat besar pada keberlangsungan kegiatan medis. Salah satunya adalah menyediakan sebuah teknologi berisikan aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur yang dapat mendukung keberlangsungan perawatan diri pasien Alzheimer ataupun para pengasuh sesuai kebutuhan. Dalam mewujudkan ide tersebut akan dilakukan beberapa riset dan analisis kebutuhan, kemudian menggunakannya sebagai spesifikasi dalam mengembangkan backend teknologi aplikasi. Hasil tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk memberikan manfaat kepada lembaga, pihak perawatan dan kesehatan maupun penelitan selanjutnya dalam membantu & mendukung kesehatan Alzheimer di Indonesia. Tugas akhir ini berfokus pada pengembangan backend, berjalan melalui tahap alur kerja dan metodologi yang telah ditetapkan. Segala Dokumentasi dan Spesifikasi Kebutuhan Fungsional backend didapatkan melalui wawancara dan pengalaman proses kerja. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan Flutter sebagai kerangka kerja membangun aplikasi dan Firebase sebagai Backend-as-a-Service. Hasil dari tugas akhir menghasilkan luaran antara lain sebuah aplikasi bernama MedikA, tes aplikasi dan jawaban dari rumusan masalah yaitu spesifikasi kebutuhan pasien dan caregiver Alzheimer dan kesehatan kognitif. Fitur aplikasi yang didapatkan dari hasil penggalian kebutuhan untuk diadaptasi ke dalam aplikasi antara lain skrining tes kesehatan untuk Alzheimer, dasbor kesehatan dan rekam medis kesehatan dasar sesorang, sistem pengingat kegiatan, dan artikel kesehatan yang dapat memberikan literasi tentang penyakit Alzheimer. Aplikasi mobile MedikA merupakan sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu caregiver dan pasien mendeteksi serta mencegah penurunan fungsi kesehatan kognitif dan Alzheimer sejak dini serta skrining kesehatan terkait Alzheimer. Berdasarkan hasil uji aplikasi, menunjukkan bahwa MedikA memiliki performa aplikasi yang sangat bagus, baik dari sisi frontend maupun backend. Diperoleh hasil pengujian kepada pengguna dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) antara lain Persepsi Kegunaan (Perceived Usefulness) sebesar 3,92, Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use) sebesar 4,12, Sikap Terhadap Penggunaan (Attitude Toward Using) sebesar 3,96 dan Niat Untuk Menggunakan (Behavioral Intetion) sebesar 3,98.

Alzheimer's is a global health problem that is becoming issue as the world's elderly population continues to grow. In this modern era and with the development of technology, mobile applications can provide significant benefits to the continuity of medical activities. One such benefit is the provision of technology in the form of applications with features that can support the continuity of self-care for Alzheimer's patients or caregivers according to their needs. To achieve this idea, several research studies and needs analyses will be conducted, which will then be used as specifications for developing the application's backend technology. The aim of this final project is to provide benefits to institutions, healthcare providers, and further research in assisting and supporting Alzheimer's health in Indonesia. This final project focuses on backend development, following established workflow stages and methodologies. All documentation and functional requirements specifications for the backend were obtained through interviews and work process experiences. The application development uses Flutter as the framework for building the application and Firebase as the Backend-as-a-Service. The outcomes of this final project are include an application named MedikA, application testing, and answers to the problem statement, namely the functional requirements specifications for Alzheimer's patients and caregivers and cognitive health. Features of the application derived from the needs analysis and adapted into the application include health screening tests for Alzheimer's, a health dashboard and basic medical records, an activity reminder system, and health articles providing literacy about Alzheimer's disease. The MedikA mobile application is designed to assist caregivers and patients in detecting and preventing cognitive decline and Alzheimer's disease at an early stage, as well as conducting health screenings related to Alzheimer's. Based on the app testing results, MedikA demonstrated excellent app performance, both from the frontend and backend perspectives. Testing results using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) included Perceived Usefulness (PU) with value of 3.92, Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) with value of 4.12, Attitude Toward Using (ATU) with value of 3.96, and Behavioural Intention (BI) with value of 3.98.
