Abstract

Pengelolaan gaji di lembaga pendidikan sering kali terkendala oleh proses yang tidak efisien dan tertutup. Sistem sebelumnya, KinderFin 1.0, memiliki serangkaian kelemahan yang kini diatasi oleh KinderFin 2.0. Masalah input yang hanya mampu mencatat nilai gaji final diselesaikan dengan modul pengelolaan komponen gaji yang fleksibel, sehingga perhitungan gaji pokok, tunjangan, dan potongan kini dilakukan secara otomatis dan ditampilkan di dalam sistem. Masalah kurangnya transparansi bagi guru diatasi dengan menyediakan halaman verifikasi rincian gaji pribadi, yang memungkinkan setiap guru melihat dasar perhitungannya secara mandiri serta fitur digital untuk mengajukan koreksi data jika terjadi perbedaan kehadiran akibat kendala teknis, seperti mesin fingerprint yang rusak atau mati listrik. Celah untuk kesalahan hitung dan kecurangan diminimalisir melalui sistem kalkulasi otomatis dan log aktivitas untuk keperluan audit. Kendala di mana jika sekolah telah memiliki pencatatan kehadiran menggunakan mesin fingerprint, pencatatan ini juga tidak dapat disertakan di Aplikasi KinderFin 1.0 secara langsung, pada Aplikasi KinderFin 2.0 ini dilengkapi dengan modul Salary Detail untuk mengakomodasi data kehadiran pada yang terekam pada mesin fingerprint dengan tiga pilihan cara yaitu pertama menarik data langsung fingerprint melalui Cloud Server, kedua mampu mengimpor data kehadiran dari file Excel mesin fingerprint, ketiga yaitu manual yang mengisikan data jam hadir dan pulang. Implementasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi proses penggajian hingga 83,33% (dari 30 menit menjadi 5 menit) dan secara nyata meningkatkan keterbukaan data.

Salary management in educational institutions is often hampered by inefficient and siloed processes. The previous system, KinderFin 1.0, had a series weaknesses that KinderFin 2.0 has now addressed. The input problem of only recording final salary values was resolved with a flexible salary component management module, which automatically calculates base salary, allowances, and deductions and displays them within the system. The lack of transparency for teachers was addressed by providing a personal salary details verification page, allowing each teacher to independently view the basis for their calculations, and a digital feature to request data corrections if there are discrepancies in attendance due to technical issues, such as a broken fingerprint machine or power outage. Opportunities for miscalculations and fraud were minimized through an automated calculation system and activity logs for audit purposes. The obstacle where if the school already has attendance recording using a fingerprint machine, this recording also cannot be included in the KinderFin 1.0 Application directly, in the KinderFin 2.0 Application is equipped with a Salary Detail module to accommodate attendance data recorded on the fingerprint machine with three options, namely the first is to directly pull fingerprint data through the Cloud Server, the second is able to import attendance data from the fingerprint machine Excel file, the third is manually filling in the attendance and home time data. This implementation increases the efficiency of the payroll process by up to 83.33% (from 30 minutes to 5 minutes) and significantly increases data transparency.
