Abstract
Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi besar dan geografis yang tersebar di ribuan pulau, menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam transformasi pendidikan digital, terutama di daerah 3T (tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar). Menurut UNESCO (2024), masih banyak siswa yang belum mencapai kompetensi minimum dalam literasi dan numerasi. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK telah meluncurkan program Merdeka Belajar yang menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi melalui digitalisasi pendidikan. Namun, kesenjangan digital di daerah terpencil tetap menjadi penghalang utama. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari proyek kolaboratif yang dikerjakan oleh tiga mahasiswa dengan fokus penelitian berbeda namun saling melengkapi dalam pengembangan Sistem Layanan Terpadu Edutainment (S4RAS). Fokus khusus penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem yang mengintegrasikan tiga layanan utama: Learning Management System (LMS), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), dan Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), termasuk arsitektur, manajemen, dan optimalisasi performa untuk lingkungan dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan arsitektur sistem serta implementasi dan pengujian prototipe. Target hasil penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang efektif dan efisien dalam menyediakan akses pendidikan, komunikasi, dan konten edukatif di daerah terpencil dengan infrastruktur TIK yang terbatas. Diharapkan S4RAS dapat meningkatkan akses pendidikan, memperkuat komunikasi, serta memberdayakan masyarakat melalui solusi teknologi yang berkelanjutan, sebagai bagian dari solusi terintegrasi bersama dengan sistem manajemen akses SSO dan sistem pemantauan jaringan yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian paralel oleh anggota tim lainnya.

Indonesia, as a country with a large population and a geography spread across thousands of islands, faces significant challenges in the digital transformation of education, especially in 3T areas (underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost). According to UNESCO (2024), many students have yet to achieve the minimum competency in literacy and numeracy. To address this issue, KEMENDIKBUDRISTEK launched the Merdeka Belajar program, which has improved competencies through education digitalization, yet the digital divide in remote areas remains a major barrier. This research, as part of a collaborative project, focuses on designing and developing the Integrated Edutainment Service System (S4RAS), which integrates three key services: Learning Management System (LMS), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), emphasizing system architecture, management, and performance optimization for infrastructure-limited environments. Using needs analysis, system architecture design, prototype implementation, and testing, this study aims to develop an effective and efficient system for providing education, communication, and educational content in remote areas with limited ICT infrastructure. The expected outcome is that S4RAS will enhance education accessibility, strengthen communication, and empower communities through sustainable technological solutions, forming an integrated approach alongside an SSO access management system and a network monitoring system developed in parallel research by other team members.
