Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Logistic Management System (LMS) that is integrated with Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using microservices architecture. The system includes three main modules, namely Shipment Management, Fleet Management, and Live Tracking Management. Each module is developed independently to support scalability and flexibility. The system is also equipped with navigation features that allow drivers to get the optimal route. There is also a real-time position monitoring feature. The implementation process includes designing BPMN, CDM, and PDM, developing NodeJS-based backend, frontend with NextJS and Kotlin, and testing using SonarQube, ESLint, JMeter, and Dozzle. The evaluation was conducted functionally and non-functionally. Functional testing shows that the entire business process flow runs according to design. Non-functional testing with JMeter shows that the system is able to handle up to 1000 users simultaneously with response times that are still within reasonable limits. Code quality evaluation using SonarQube and ESLint shows a low error rate and code that complies with software development standards. System log monitoring is also carried out in real-time using Dozzle to ensure service stability. With the results of the evaluation, the system proved to be able to improve operational efficiency, visibility of logistics processes, and support cross-system integration reliably.
