Abstract
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) On-Grid 3,5 kWp merupakan solusi energi terbarukan yang efisien, namun pengoperasian dan pemeliharaannya sering kali bergantung pada pemantauan manual, sehingga rentan terhadap keterlambatan deteksi masalah dan penurunan efisiensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) yang dapat memantau dan mengendalikan operasi serta pemeliharaan PLTS secara terpusat. Sistem dirancang menggunakan PLC Siemens S7-1200 sebagai pengontrol utama, perangkat lunak berbasis Visual Studio untuk tampilan antarmuka, dan protokol komunikasi TCP/IP untuk integrasi data secara real-time. Berbagai sensor seperti submersible level sensor, pressure transmitter, dan flow meter digunakan untuk memantau parameter penting, seperti level air, tekanan, dan aliran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem SCADA mampu memberikan monitoring real-time dengan waktu delay rata-rata kurang dari 2 detik serta mendeteksi berbagai kegagalan, seperti kebocoran pada pipa yang ditandai dengan penurunan tekanan. Sistem juga dilengkapi fitur robot preventive maintenance untuk membersihkan panel surya secara otomatis, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan meminimalkan downtime. Dengan kemampuan memonitor, menganalisis, dan mengontrol proses secara terintegrasi, sistem ini tidak hanya mempermudah operator tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi terhadap efisiensi energi terbarukan di tingkat kecil hingga menengah.

The 3.5 kWp On-Grid Solar Power Plant (PLTS) is an efficient renewable energy solution; however, its operation and maintenance often rely on manual monitoring, which is prone to delays in fault detection and efficiency loss. This research aims to develop a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system that can centrally monitor and control the operation and maintenance of the PLTS. The system is designed using a Siemens S7-1200 PLC as the main controller, Visual Studio-based software for the user interface, and TCP/IP communication protocols for real-time data integration. Various sensors, such as submersible level sensors, pressure transmitters, and flow meters, are utilized to monitor key parameters, including water level, pressure, and flow. Testing results demonstrate that the SCADA system provides real-time monitoring with an average delay of less than 2 seconds and effectively detects failures such as pipe leakage indicated by a drop in pressure. The system is also equipped with a preventive maintenance robot to automatically clean the solar panels, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime. By integrating monitoring, analysis, and control processes, this system not only simplifies operator tasks but also contributes to the efficiency of small- to medium-scale renewable energy systems
