Abstract
Pelaksanaan magang di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Jatimbalinus AFT Juanda difokuskan pada dua topik utama, yaitu peramalan jumlah penerimaan avtur di tahun mendatang dan evaluasi kinerja vessel filter water separator (FWS). Proses peramalan menggunakan metode Trend, Decomposition, dan Winter’s Exponential berdasarkan data historis tahun 2021–2023. Winter’s Exponential Method menghasilkan tingkat kesalahan terendah dan dinilai paling akurat dalam memproyeksikan kebutuhan avtur ke depan. Evaluasi terhadap FWS dilakukan dengan memantau pressure drop dan parameter penggantian filter. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja FWS masih optimal dan sesuai standar operasional, serta mampu menjaga kualitas bahan bakar dengan baik. Hasil kajian ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendukung efisiensi perencanaan distribusi bahan bakar serta strategi pemeliharaan sistem filtrasi di lingkungan AFT.

The industrial internship at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Jatimbalinus AFT Juanda focused on two main topics: forecasting the upcoming year’s avtur reception volume and evaluating the performance of the vessel filter water separator (FWS). Forecasting was conducted using the Trend, Decomposition, and Winter’s Exponential methods, based on historical data from 2021 to 2023. Winter’s Exponential Method provided the lowest forecasting error and was considered the most accurate in predicting future avtur demand. FWS performance was evaluated through monitoring pressure drop and filter replacement indicators. Observations indicated that the system operates efficiently, maintains fuel quality, and meets operational standards. These findings contribute to improving fuel distribution planning and filtration system maintenance strategies within AFT operations.
