Abstract

Sungai Brantas terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur dan merupakan sungai terbesar di Jawa Timur. Untuk menghubungkan dua wilayah yang terpisah oleh Sungai Brantas maka diperlukan jembatan. Saat ini terdapat banyak jembatan di Jawa Timur yang dibangun melewati Sungai Brantas, salah satu diantaranya adalah jembatan dengan tipe box girder prategang balanced cantilever. Jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever yang ada saat ini masih menggunakan sistem closure sebagai penghubung antar jembatan dan belum ada desain jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever yang menggunakan sistem balok gerber sebagai penghubung antar jembatan. Jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever direncanakan dengan pengambilan data eksisting dan studi literatur yang kemudian dilakukan preliminary design serta analisis pembebanan. Setelah mendapat hasil yang sesuai maka dilanjut analisis gaya dalam dan perhitungan struktur serta dilakukan kontrol desain. Tahap akhir dari perencanaan ini adalah penggambaran desain struktur jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever. Standar yang digunakan dalam perencanaan ini adalah SNI 1725:2016, SNI 2833:2016, RSNI T-12-2004, Bridge Design Specifications 2012, Construction and Design Prestressed Concrete Segmental Bridges 1982, Post-Tensioned Box Girder Design Manual 2016, Design Prestressed Concrete Structures 1982. Perencanaan ulang jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever menghasilkan desain jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever dengan balok gerber sebagai pengganti closure untuk menghubungkan antara bentang jembatan 1 dengan bentang jembatan 2. Perencanaan ulang jembatan box girder prategang balanced cantilever menghilangkan tendon pada bagian bawah box girder sehingga tendon yang digunakan hanya tendon pada bagian atas box girder setelah dimodifikasi jumlahnya sesuai kebutuhan tendon dari hasil analisis yang sudah dilakukan.

The Brantas River is located in East Java Province and is the largest river in East Java. To connect two areas separated by the Brantas River, a bridge is needed. Currently there are many bridges in East Java built over the Brantas river, one of which is a bridge with a balanced cantilever prestressed box girder type. The existing balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge still uses a closure system as a link between bridges and there is no design of a balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge that uses a gerber beam system as a link between bridges. The balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge is planned by taking existing data and literature studies which are then carried out preliminary design and loading analysis. After obtaining the appropriate results, the internal force analysis and structural calculations are continued and design control is carried out. The final stage of this planning is the depiction of the design of the balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge structure. The standards used in this planning are SNI 1725: 2016, SNI 2833: 2016, RSNI T-12-2004, Bridge Design Specifications 2012, Construction and Design Prestressed Concrete Segmental Bridges 1982, Post-Tensioned Box Girder Design Manual 2016, Design Prestressed Concrete Structures 1982. The re-planning of the balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge resulted in the design of a balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge with gerber beams as a substitute for closure to connect bridge span 1 with bridge span 2. The re-planning of the balanced cantilever prestressed box girder bridge eliminates the tendons at the bottom of the box girder so that the tendons used are only the tendons on the top of the box girder after modifying the number according to the tendon requirements from the results of the analysis that has been carried out.
