Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja PT Obsesi Masa Depan Sukses, sebuah perusahaan event organizer yang bergerak di bidang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, dan pelaksanaan berbagai jenis acara, dengan menggunakan kerangka evaluasi dari Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). Terdapat tujuh dimensi utama dalam model MBNQA yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengukuran, yaitu leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, workforce, operations, dan results. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung untuk menilai sejauh mana masing-masing dimensi MBNQA diimplementasikan dalam praktik operasional perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dan divisualisasikan melalui diagram laba-laba guna mengidentifikasi keunggulan dan area yang membutuhkan perbaikan, serta menghasilkan rekomendasi strategis berbasis bukti untuk mendukung peningkatan kinerja perusahaan secara menyeluruh.

This study aims to evaluate the organizational performance of PT Obsesi Masa Depan Sukses, an event organizer company engaged in the planning, coordination, and execution of various types of events, using the assessment framework of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA). The evaluation is based on seven key dimensions of the MBNQA model: leadership, strategy, customers, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management, workforce, operations, dan results. A descriptive qualitative approach is employed, utilizing in-depth interviews and direct observations to assess how each MBNQA dimension is implemented in the company’s operational practices. The collected data is analyzed and visualized using a spider diagram to identify strengths and areas for improvement, thereby generating evidence-based strategic recommendations to enhance the company's overall performance.
