Abstract
Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan sarana pendidikan yang banyak diminati oleh kalangan siswa. Penempatan SMK sebagai tata guna lahan dapat meningkatkan tarikan lalu lintas yang dapat berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan di wilayah sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik tarikan perjalanan ke SMK di Surabaya berdasarkan jenis moda transportasi, menganalisis model prediksi jumlah tarikan perjalanan menggunakan regresi linier, dan menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik sosial demografis siswa terhadap pemilihan moda transportasi ke SMK berdasarkan model regresi logistik biner. SMK Negeri di dekat pusat kota Surabaya menjadi fokus penelitian.
Metodologi penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan data primer berupa jumlah kendaraan roda dua dan empat yang masuk-keluar SMK, serta data sekunder meliputi luas lahan, luas bangunan, jumlah guru, karyawan, siswa, dan kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada jam sekolah (06.00-08.00 WIB untuk masuk dan 14.00-16.00 WIB untuk keluar). Data kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, berganda, dan logistik biner, untuk mendapatkan model prediksi tarikan perjalanan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tarikan perjalanan ke SMK di Surabaya bervariasi antara 284,00 hingga 557,75 smp/jam, dengan rata-rata 384,25 smp/jam. Faktor-faktor signifikan yang memengaruhi tarikan perjalanan adalah luas lahan, luas lantai, jumlah guru, karyawan, siswa, dan kelas. Model tarikan perjalanan dengan analisis regresi linier terbaik adalah Y = 172,440 + 0,004 X1 (Luas Lahan) + 1,480 X3 (Jumlah Guru), dengan akurasi tinggi (R2 = 0,984). Sementara itu, model regresi logistik biner terbaik untuk Kendaraan Sepeda Motor (di Antar) adalah: YSMDA = -4.806 + 0.228 (Jumlah Kepemilikan Motor) – 2.122 (Kepemilikan SIM) + 0.489 (Usia) + 0.364 (Waktu Tempuh) + 0.29 (Jarak Tempuh), dengan akurasi tinggi (R2 = 0,997). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam perencanaan transportasi dan bagi pengelola SMK dalam mengelola dampak lalu lintas.

Vocational High Schools (SMK) are highly sought-after educational institutions among students. The placement of SMKs within land use plans can significantly increase traffic congestion, potentially causing congestion in the surrounding area. This study aims to identify the characteristics of trip drivers to SMKs in Surabaya based on transportation mode, analyze a prediction model for the number of trip drivers using linear regression, and analyze the influence of students' socio-demographic characteristics on transportation mode choice to SMKs using a binary logistic regression model. State SMKs near the city center of Surabaya are the focus of the study.
The research methodology involved collecting primary data on the number of two- and four-wheeled vehicles entering and leaving the vocational school, as well as secondary data on land area, building area, number of teachers, employees, students, and classes. Data collection was conducted during school hours (6:00-8:00 a.m. WIB for entry and 2:00-4:00 p.m. WIB for exit). The data were then processed using simple, multiple regression, and binary logistic analysis to obtain a predictive model for trip attraction.
The results of the study showed that the number of trip pulls to SMK in Surabaya varied between 284.00 to 557.75 smp/hour, with an average of 384.25 smp/hour. Significant factors that influence trip pulls are land area, floor area, number of teachers, employees, students, and classes. The trip pull model with the best linear regression analysis was Y = 172.440 + 0.004 X1 (Land Area) + 1.480 X3 (Number of Teachers), with high accuracy (R2 = 0.984). Meanwhile, the best binary logistic regression model for Motorcycle Vehicles (in Antar) is: YSMDA = -4.806 + 0.228 (Number of Motorcycle Ownership) – 2.122 (SIM Ownership) + 0.489 (Age) + 0.364 (Travel Time) + 0.29 (Travel Distance), with high accuracy (R2 = 0.997). This research is expected to provide information for the Surabaya City Government in transportation planning and for SMK managers in managing traffic impacts.
