Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara agraris, dimana sektor pertanian memegang peran penting dari segi ekonomi dan kehidupan. Lalu Kabupaten Jombang memiliki tutupan lahan dengan dominasi lahan pertanian, serta dalam arahan RTRW sebagai daerah swasembada pangan. Akan tetapi permasalahan alih fungsi lahan dan penurunan produksi pertanian terjadi dan dapat mengancam sektor tersebut. Telapak Ekologis merupakan metode analisis yang bertujuan untuk menghitung daya dukung lahan dengan menggunakan data produksi, luas lahan, yield factor, dan equivalence factor. Dalam penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk memberikan arahan pengembangan sektor pertanian dengan menghitung sektor lainnya sehingga tidak terjadi ketidakcocokan dengan sektor lainnya. Perhitungan dilakukan pada tahun 2022 hingga 2024 serta diproyeksikan dengan metode Exponential Triple Smoothing dan Molusce. Dimana variabel spasial yang digunakan adalah slope, jaringan jalan, sungai, dan persil bangunan. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan pada kondisi eksisting daya dukung lahan pertanian mayoritas mengalami surplus, dan berdasarkan proyeksi mayoritas mengalami surplus juga tetapi dengan tren penurunan pada nilainya. Sehingga data tersebut dijadikan bahan dasar perumusan arahan pengembangan yang diberikan pada stakeholders untuk setuju atau tidak setuju terkait arahan yang telah dirumuskan. Setiap opini yang diberikan oleh stakeholders dijadikan bahan perumusan arahan pengembangan untuk kecamatan yang belum mencapai consensus.

Indonesia is an agrarian country, where the agricultural sector plays a crucial role in the
economy and livelihoods. Jombang Regency, meanwhile, has a predominantly agricultural land area and is designated as a food self-sufficient region under the Spatial Planning (RTRW). However, land conversion and declining agricultural production are ongoing issues that could threaten this sector. Telapak Ekologis is an analytical method aimed at calculating Daya Dukung Lahan using data on production, land area, yield factor, and equivalence factor. This study aims to provide development directions for the agricultural sector by also taking into account other sectors, so as to avoid incompatibility or conflict between sectors. Calculations were conducted for the years 2022 to 2024 and projected using the Exponential Triple Smoothing and MOLUSCE methods. The spatial variables used include slope, road network, rivers, and building parcels. The analysis results show that, under existing conditions, the agricultural Daya Dukung Lahan is mostly in a surplus state, and based on projections, the majority remains surplus but shows a declining trend in value. These data were used as the foundation for formulating development strategies presented to stakeholders, who were asked to agree or disagree with the proposed directions. Each opinion provided by stakeholders served as a reference for refining development strategies in sub-districts where consensus had not yet been reached
