Abstract
Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga Sidoarjo merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan komprehensif dan edukasi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Lokasi gedung ini terletak pada lapisan tanah lembek yang terbentuk dari endapan sungai sehingga memiliki daya dukung rendah dan penurunan yang besar. Oleh sebab itu rumah sakit tersebut menggunakan spun pile sebagai pondasi dalam menahan struktur bangunan diatasnya baik pondasi tiang tunggal dan kelompok. Pembangunan rumah sakit ini memiliki masalah dimana perlu mengetahui besar settlement pada tanah yang dibutuhkan, serta alternatif yang dapat meningkatkan daya dukung dan settlement. Dalam rangka mengetahui efektifitas dari pemakaian pondasi tiang eksisting tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis terhadap pondasi eksisting untuk kemudian dibandingkan dengan alternatif dimensi dan kedalaman dari spun pile serta bored pile dalam menahan struktur bangunan gedung diatasnya. Analisis dilakukan terhadap daya dukung dan penurunan pondasi eksisting dan pondasi alternatif; selanjutnya dihitung kebutuhan material untuk ditemukan keefektifan pondasi dalam meningkatkan daya dukung dan penurunan tanah gedung tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pondasi dengan harga paling efisien dengan daya dukung yang baik ialah pondasi bored pile, diharapkan bahwa hasil ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi perencanaan pondasi dalam yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam perencanaan pondasi gedung dari segi teknis, ekonomi, serta meningkatkan daya dukung dan penurunan dari tanah gedung. Dengan demikian diharapkan akan dihasilkan gedung rumah sakit yang sehingga dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna rumah sakit.

The construction of Mitra Keluarga Hospital in Sidoarjo serves as a comprehensive healthcare and educational facility for the surrounding community. The building is located on soft soil layers formed by river deposits, which are characterized by low bearing capacity and significant settlement. Therefore, the hospital utilizes spun piles as deep foundations to support the structure above, using both single and group pile systems. One of the main challenges in this construction is determining the magnitude of settlement that may occur in the soil, as well as identifying alternative solutions to improve bearing capacity and minimize settlement. To evaluate the effectiveness of the existing pile foundation, this study conducts an analysis of the current spun pile system and compares it with alternative dimensions and depths of both spun piles and bored piles in supporting the hospital building structure. The analysis includes evaluating the bearing capacity and settlement of both the existing and alternative foundation systems. In addition, material requirements are calculated to assess the overall effectiveness of each foundation type in improving soil bearing capacity and reducing settlement. Based on the results of this study, it was found that bored pile foundations provide the most cost-efficient solution with adequate bearing capacity. The findings are expected to serve as a recommendation for the most effective and efficient deep foundation design in terms of technical performance, economic feasibility, and geotechnical improvement. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure a hospital building that offers safety and comfort for its users.
