Abstract
Alat ukur kematangan dan kesiapan Lean 4.0 dengan sustainability di perusahaan bahan kimia merupakan sebuah alat yang dikembangkan untuk menilai level implementasi sebuah perusahaan bahan kimia. Pengembangan alat ukur ini dilakukan karena adanya tujan tranformasi industri termasuk perusahaan kimia untuk mengimplementasikan Industri 4.0 secara berkelanjutan demi efisiensi operasional, pengurangan limbah, dan daya saing. Pengembangan alat ukur dilakukan melalui kajian literatur menghasilkan lima dimensi utama yaitu process, technology, environment, social, dan economy kemudian dibagi menjadi beberapa indikator untuk tiap dimensi.Validasi ahli menggunakan metode Delphi dan Triangular Fuzzy Number, menghasilkan nilai defuzzifikasi crisp di atas 70%, dan dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Dari hasil pengolahan menghasilkan 27 indikator prioritas dan 5 dimensi. Studi kasus pada Perusahaan Bahan Kimia A yang sudah menerapkan Lean selama lebih dari 10 tahun dan dalam pengembangan teknologi menunjukkan skor tertinggi pada dimensi environment (3,91) dan terendah terdapat pada dimensi technology (2,99). Pemetaan menggunakan radar chart membantu perusahaan mengidentifikasi area perbaikan untuk tiap dimensi serta menempatkan Perusahaan Bahan Kimia A pada level 5 yang mengartikan tingkat implementasi tinggi dalam mengimplementasikan Lean 4.0 dengan sustainability. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran jelas kondisi kesiapan perusahaan serta strategi implementasi pengembangan selanjutnya.

The Lean 4.0 maturity and readiness measurement tool with sustainability in chemical companies is a tool developed to assess the level of implementation of a chemical company. The development of this measurement tool was carried outdue to the industrial transformation goals, including chemical companies, to implement Industry 4.0 sustainably for operational efficiency, waste reduction, and competitiveness. The development of the measurement tool was conducted through a literature review, resulting in five main dimensions: process, technology, environment, social, and economy, which were then divided into several indicators for each dimension. Expert validation was conducted using the Delphi method and Triangular Fuzzy Number, yielding a crisp defuzzification value above 70%, and weighting was performed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The analysis yielded 27 priority indicators and 5 dimensions. A case study of Chemical Company A, which has implemented Lean for over 10 years and is developing technology, showed the highest score in the environment dimension (3.91) and the lowest in the technology dimension (2.99). Radar chart mapping helped the company identify improvement areas for each dimension and places Company Chemical A at level 5, indicating a high level of implementation in implementing Lean 4.0 with sustainability. This research provides a clear picture of the company's readiness and the strategy for further development implementation.
