Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi mendorong PT X sebagai perusahaan telekomunikasi untuk mengoptimalkan penetrasi pasarnya melalui kemitraan strategis. Segmen Apartment & Premium Cluster (APC) PT X Area Jawa Bali melakukan penetrasi produk broadband di kawasan apartemen maupun klaster premium dengan menawarkan kerjasama pelayanan kepada mitra pengelola kawasan. Segmen APC PT X memiliki 5 skema kerjasama yaitu fixed fee (stimulant), value barter (kolaborator), fee based, recurring fee, dan izin pembangunan/reguler.

The advancement of communication technology has prompted PT X, a telecommunications company, to optimize its market penetration through strategic partnerships. The Apartment & Premium Cluster (APC) segment of PT X in the Java-Bali region is focusing on expanding broadband products in apartment complexes and premium clusters by offering service cooperation to area management partners. The APC segment of PT X operates with five collaboration models: fixed fee (stimulant), value barter (collaborator), fee-based, recurring fee, and development/regular permits. Each activity in the implementation process of these collaboration models may pose risks that could reduce effectiveness or even harm the company, thus requiring effective risk management. This research aims to identify, analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for risk handling within the broadband product service collaboration models. The method used in this study is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the identification of risks across the five broadband product service models, 90 risks were identified from 55 activities. The results of the Risk Priority Number (RPN) calculation show that 18% of the risks are classified as extreme risk, 21% as high risk, 31% as medium risk, and 30% as low risk. Following this, risk prioritization was carried out using the Pareto principle, resulting in 50 priority risks and 40 non-priority risks. The risks classified as priorities were given recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
