Abstract
myITS Sign adalah aplikasi berbasis web yang memfasilitasi proses tanda tangan digital di lingkungan ITS. myITS Sign versi sebelumnya, yang menggunakan framework Laravel memiliki keterbatasan pada fitur penempatan tanda tangan yang bersifat statis, sehingga membatasi fleksibilitas pengguna. Tugas Akhir ini merekayasa ulang aplikasi myITS Sign menggunakan framework Next.js untuk frontend dan Golang untuk backend. Tujuan utama rekayasa ulang ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan fitur penempatan tanda tangan digital yang dinamis dan fleksibel, yang berhasil dicapai melalui mekanisme drag-and-drop. Proses pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metodologi Agile dengan pendekatan Kanban. Hasil pengujian akhir menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi hasil rekayasa ulang telah berhasil memenuhi seluruh kebutuhan yang ditetapkan. Pengujian fungsional memastikan bahwa seluruh fitur utama berjalan dengan sukses. Pengujian non-fungsional juga membuktikan bahwa sistem telah memenuhi kriteria performa dan skalabilitas yang ditargetkan, serta mencapai rating keamanan tertinggi tanpa adanya kerentanan kritis. Rekayasa ulang ini telah menghasilkan sistem yang lebih dinamis, fleksibel, dan terbukti andal untuk mendukung proses administrasi digital di ITS secara lebih efisien.

myITS Sign is a web-based application that facilitates the digital signature process within the ITS environment. The previous version of myITS Sign, which used the Laravel framework, had limitations in terms of static signature placement features, thereby restricting user flexibility. This final project reengineered the myITS Sign application using the Next.js framework for the frontend and Golang for the backend. The primary objective of this redesign is to implement dynamic and flexible digital signature placement features, successfully achieved through a drag-and-drop mechanism. The development process was conducted using the Agile methodology with a Kanban approach. Final testing results indicate that the redesigned application has successfully met all defined requirements. Functional testing confirmed that all core features operate successfully. Non-functional testing also demonstrated that the system met the targeted performance and scalability criteria, achieving the highest security rating without any critical vulnerabilities. This reengineering has resulted in a more dynamic, flexible, and proven reliable system to support digital administrative processes at ITS more efficiently.
