Abstract

Transportasi bus memegang peranan penting dalam mobilitas masyarakat dan perekonomian, terutama di Indonesia. Selain digunakan secara umum oleh masyarakat, bus juga digunakan secara khusus pada sektor pertambangan sebagai antar jemput karyawan ke lokasi terpencil dengan medan geografis yang berat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko dalam proses produksi bus pada perusahaan jasa transportasi bus yang melayani sektor pertambangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) untuk menganalisis akar penyebab kegagalan, dan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kegagalan dan dampaknya. Analisis risiko dilakukan terhadap proses operasional produksi unit bus mining yang terdiri dari 12 proses utama yang dimulai dari pengadaan material unit hingga pengantaran unit kepada pelanggan. Identifikasi risiko menghasilkan 96 peristiwa risiko dengan dampak, penyebab, dan sistem deteksi setiap risiko. Penilaian ketiga parameter risiko dilakukan bersama expert judgment melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan kuesioner. Sehingga didapatkan nilai RPN yang bervariasi dari nilai terendah 20 hingga tertinggi 350. Setiap nilai RPN risiko menunjukkan tingkat keparahan risiko dan kategori risiko berdasarkan risk appetite perusahaan. Penanganan risiko difokuskan kepada risiko prioritas yang didapatkan melalui analisis Pareto kepada 2 departemen, yakni area Supply Chain Management (SCM) dengan 11 risiko prioritas yang mencakup risiko keterlambatan pengadaan material, understock, dan kerusakan material. Sementara area Plant dengan 45 risiko prioritas yang mencakup risiko keselamatan kerja, kesalahan komunikasi, dan ketidaksesuaian penerapan SOP di area kerja. Jenis penanganan didasarkan pada empat jenis, yakni mitigate, avoid, transfer, dan accept. Mayoritas strategi penanganan berfokus pada strategi mitagte risk, seperti peningkatan sistem kontrol, peningkatan SOP/INK, pelatihan operator, dan penerapan ERP dan RFID. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategi mitigasi risiko yang disesuaikan dengan keadaan perusahaan.

Transportation plays a vital role in the mobility of society and the economy, especially in Indonesia as an archipelagic country. In addition to its general use by the public, buses are also used specifically in the mining sector to shuttle employees to remote locations with difficult geographical terrain. This study aims to analyze risks in the bus production process at a bus transportation service company serving the mining sector. The method used is Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to analyze the root cause of failure, and the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to identify potential failures and their impacts. The risk analysis was conducted on the operational process of the mining bus production unit, which consists of 12 main processes starting from the procurement of material units to the mobilization unit or delivery unit to customers. Risk identification resulted in 96 risk events with impacts, causes, and detection systems for each risk. The third risk parameter assessment was carried out together with two expert judges through interviews, direct observation, and questionnaires. Thus, the RPN value was obtained, which varied from the lowest value of 20 to the highest of 350. Each risk RPN value indicates the level of risk severity and risk category based on the company's risk appetite. Risk management focuses on priority risks obtained through Pareto analysis for two departments: the Supply Chain Management (SCM) area with 11 priority risks, including material procurement delays, understocking, and material damage. The Plant area has 45 priority risks, including occupational safety risks, communication errors, and non-compliance with SOP implementation in the work area. The management strategies are based on four categories: mitigation, avoidance, transfer, and acceptance. The majority of management strategies focus on risk mitigation strategies, such as improving control systems, improving SOPs/INKs, operator training, and implementing ERP and RFID. The results of this study provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies tailored to the company's circumstances.
