Abstract
Dengan tingginya motivasi pekerja, pekerja akan mengeluarkan semua tenaga dan potensinya untuk mencapai target perusahaan. Motivasi pekerja dapat di jaga dengan sistem penerapan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja. Faktor Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja yang berperan dalam motivasi pekerja diantaranya Fasilitas Kerja, Keahlian Tenaga Ahli, Kondisi Kerja, dan Penerapan Kualitas Kerja. Namun, penerapan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja pada proyek konstruksi area terpencil lebih rumit. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, motivasi terbesar dari pekerja adalah upah, sedangkan upah yang diberikan kepada pekerja dalam proyek konstruksi area terpencil jauh lebih besar dibanding dengan proyek konstruksi area perkotaan. Terlebih lagi dengan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP) yang terbatas akan membuat keputusan kenaikan upah pekerja sulit diterapkan dan memerlukan alternatif lain dalam strategi peningkatan motivasi pekerja. Maka diperlukan penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Faktor Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja terhadap Motivasi Pekerja pada Konstruksi Area Terpencil di Indonesia, dengan mengeluarkan indikator upah pekerja. Analisis dilakukan dengan Model Penelitian Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), pengumpulan data dengan cara Quisioner yang disebarkan dan menggunakan alat bantu AMOS. Populasi dari penelitian ini berada di 3 area Proyek Terpencil yaitu di Sumatera, Kalimantan, dan Papua. Dari 261 responden diambil sebanyak 145 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Terdapat tujuh hipotesa yang mana akan dikonfirmasi berdasarkan model penelitian yang dipakai. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja yaitu fasilitas pekerjaan dan keahlian tenaga kerja dimana variabel yang paling signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja yaitu keahlian tenaga kerja sebesar 63.3%.

With high worker motivation, workers will use all their energy and potential to achieve company targets. Worker motivation can be maintained by implementing a Quality of Work Life system. Quality of Work Life factors that play a role in worker motivation include Work Facilities, Expertise, Working Conditions, and Implementation of Quality of Work. However, the application of Quality of Work Life in remote area construction projects is more complicated. In previous studies, the greatest motivation of workers was wages, while the wages given to workers in remote area construction projects were much greater than in urban area construction projects. Moreover, with a limited Implementation Budget Plan (RAP), it will make decisions to increase workers' wages difficult to implement and require other alternatives in strategies to increase worker motivation. Therefore, research is needed on the Influence of Quality of Work Life Factors on Worker Motivation in Remote Area Construction in Indonesia, by issuing worker wage indicators. The analysis was carried out using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Research Model, data collection using a distributed Questionnaire and using the AMOS tool. The Population Plan of this study is in 3 Remote Project areas that is in Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Papua. From 261 respondents, 145 respondents were taken who met the criteria. There are seven hypotheses which will be confirmed based on the research model used. The results of this study are that there are two variables that influence work motivation, namely work facilities and workforce skills where the most significant variable influencing work motivation is workforce skills by 63.3%.
