Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan salah satu perusahaan produsen Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC). Terdapat 5 unit utama dalam proses produksi AAC, yaitu Milling, Mixing, Cutting, Autoclaving dan Finishing. Pada perusahaan terjadi downtime yang menyebabkan terhentinya proses produksi. Downtime terbesar terjadi di unit Cutting pada mesin Hoist Tilting Crane 1 dengan total durasi sebesar 2640 menit yang disebabkan oleh pemeliharaan korektif. Lamanya downtime tersebut menunjukkan bahwa belum dilakukan pemeliharan preventif dengan baik terhadap mesin Hoist Tilting Crane 1. Sehingga, diperlukan perhitungan interval waktu pemeliharaan preventif pada mesin tersebut untuk dapat meminimalisir downtime. Untuk menghitung interval waktu pemeliharaan preventif untuk Hoist Tilting Crane 1 pada penelitian ini, metode yang akan digunakan adalah Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) II. Metode tersebut melibatkan analisis fungsi dan potensi kegagalan peralatan, menentukan konsekuensi dari kegagalan tersebut dan mengembangkan tugas pemeliharaan. RCM telah berhasil diterapkan di berbagai industri dan mempunyai peluang untuk mempertahankan dan berpotensi meningkatkan keandalan serta memaksimalkan alokasi sumber daya untuk melakukan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari analisis menggunakan RCM II adalah kegiatan pemeliharaan scheduled on condition task pada valve hydraulic dengan interval waktu 1287,12 jam, pompa oli hydraulic dengan interval waktu 1211,32 jam dan MCB dengan interval waktu 1103,93 jam. Selain itu kegiatan pemeliharaan scheduled discard task dilakukan pada kampas motor dengan interval waktu 3100,00 jam dan MCB dengan interval waktu 8312,51 jam.

The company experienced downtime that led to a halt in the production process. The longest downtime occurred in the Cutting unit on the Hoist Tilting Crane 1, with a total duration of 2640 minutes due to corrective maintenance. The duration of this downtime indicates that preventive maintenance has not been properly carried out on the Hoist Tilting Crane 1.
Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the preventive maintenance interval for this machine to minimize downtime. To calculate the preventive maintenance interval for Hoist Tilting Crane 1 in this study, the method used will be Reliability Centered
Maintenance (RCM). This method involves analyzing the function and potential failure modes of equipment, determining the consequences of these failures, and developing maintenance task. RCM has been successfully applied in various industries and has the potential to maintain and improve reliability, as well as maximize resource allocation for maintenance. The results of the analysis using RCM II show that the scheduled on-condition maintenance tasks for the hydraulic valve have an interval of 1287.12 hours, the hydraulic oil pump has an interval of 1211.32 hours, and the MCB has an interval of 1103.93 hours. Additionally, the scheduled discard maintenance tasks are performed on the motor brake lining with an interval of 3100.00 hours and the MCB with an interval of 8312.51 hours.
