Abstract

In a highly competitive environment, organizations must ensure their internal processes operate efficiently, especially those involving people. At Magna Partners, knowledge plays a central role in maintaining smooth and well-coordinated business operations, which led to the development of a structured Knowledge Management System. The initial phase involved grouping business units into 13 clusters and mapping their core activities using the APQC Process Classification Framework to identify overlaps, gaps, and knowledge flows. A knowledge gap analysis was then conducted by assessing urgency and availability across each process using a 0 to 5 scale, highlighting areas where critical knowledge was missing. To assess overall readiness, a maturity survey using the APQC Knowledge Management Maturity Model was completed by 89 respondents, revealing that Magna Partners is currently at Level 3 or standardize, where formal initiatives exist but infrastructure and documentation remain inconsistent. To ensure alignment with real workflows, the system design followed Soft Systems Methodology through rich picture mapping, CATWOE analysis, and swimlane diagrams. Based on this, a roadmap was developed using the APQC KM Implementation template, outlining short, mid, and long-term actions. Additionally, the management has committed to raising all maturity scores below 3.2 to the Standardize level within the next year, prioritizing structured improvements in budgeting, measurement, content, and tool integration to achieve a more sustainable KM system.

Dalam lingkungan yang sangat kompetitif, organisasi harus memastikan proses internal mereka beroperasi secara efisien, terutama yang melibatkan manusia. Di Magna Partners, pengetahuan memainkan peran sentral dalam menjaga kelancaran dan koordinasi operasional bisnis, yang mendorong pengembangan Sistem Manajemen Pengetahuan yang terstruktur. Tahap awal melibatkan pengelompokan unit bisnis ke dalam 13 klaster dan pemetaan aktivitas inti mereka menggunakan Kerangka Klasifikasi Proses APQC untuk mengidentifikasi tumpang tindih, kesenjangan, dan aliran pengetahuan.
