Abstract
Dalam manajemen event modern, pengambilan keputusan yang efektif sangat bergantung pada kemampuan memonitor data performa secara akurat dan cepat. Aplikasi Dashboard Monitoring Performance and Productivity Network (DMPPN) yang ada sebelumnya, yang digunakan untuk monitoring event pada sebuah divisi jaringan, memiliki keterbatasan signifikan dalam hal performa API, keamanan akses, dan interaktivitas visualisasi. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan optimalisasi aplikasi dashboard berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi monitoring dan analisis data. Pengembangan ini mencakup implementasi fitur-fitur utama seperti autentikasi pengguna yang aman menggunakan Firebase, peningkatan visualisasi data dengan grafik yang dinamis dan interaktif, serta tabel data komprehensif dengan fungsionalitas pencarian dan pengurutan. Selain itu, dilakukan optimalisasi backend secara signifikan melalui penerapan teknik caching untuk meningkatkan waktu respons API. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan React.js untuk frontend, Express.js untuk backend, dan Google Sheets API sebagai sumber data, dengan menerapkan metodologi Agile Scrum untuk proses pengembangan yang iteratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan berhasil menjadi sebuah dashboard yang interaktif, aman, dan memiliki performa tinggi. Pengujian dengan pengguna melalui metode System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor 84.5, yang mengindikasikan tingkat usability yang sangat baik, sementara pengujian performa menunjukkan peningkatan kecepatan respons API hingga 97%.

In modern event management, effective decision-making relies heavily on the ability to accurately and rapidly monitor performance data. The previously existing Dashboard Monitoring Performance and Productivity Network (DMPPN) application, used for event monitoring within a networking division, had significant limitations in API performance, access security, and visualization interactivity. To address these limitations, this research focuses on the development and optimization of a web-based dashboard application to enhance the efficiency of data monitoring and analysis. The development includes the implementation of key features such as secure user authentication using Firebase, enhanced data visualization with dynamic and interactive charts, and a comprehensive data table with search and sort functionalities. Furthermore, significant backend optimization was performed by implementing caching techniques to improve API response times. The system was developed using React.js for the frontend, Express.js for the backend, and Google Sheets API as the data source, applying the Agile Scrum methodology for an iterative development process. The research results indicate that the developed system successfully became an interactive, secure, and highperformance dashboard. User testing through the System Usability Scale (SUS) method yielded a score of 84.5 indicating an excellent level of usability, while performance testing showed a significant improvement in API response speed up to 97%.
