Abstract

Becak, sebagai salah satu moda transportasi tradisional, memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pariwisata budaya di Indonesia. Namun, beberapa tantangan seperti overpricing dan kurangnya aksesibilitas layanan menjadi hambatan bagi pengalaman wisatawan. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menghubungkan tukang becak dengan wisatawan melalui reservasi online. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan transparansi harga, aksesibilitas layanan, pengalaman wisata, serta mendukung pelestarian budaya melalui penggunaan becak. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan Flutter untuk aplikasi mobile, React.js untuk antarmuka web admin, dan Laravel sebagai backend. Sistem ini juga telah berhasil diintegrasikan dengan protokol MQTT guna mendukung komunikasi near real-time antara pengguna dan pengemudi. Observasi dan pengujian sistem dilakukan di kawasan Kota Lama Surabaya yang dipilih sebagai lokasi pilot project. Pengujian dilakukan pada dua aspek utama: fungsionalitas dan kualitas kode. Hasil pengujian fungsional menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan 100% dengan 16 fungsionalitas dan 27 skenario uji. Pengujian kualitas kode dilakukan menggunakan SonarQube untuk backend dan frontend serta flutter_lints untuk aplikasi mobile. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peringkat “A” pada sebagian besar metrik dan tanpa ditemukan isu kritis.

The pedicab, as one of Indonesia's traditional modes of transportation, plays a vital role in supporting cultural tourism. However, challenges such as overpricing and limited service accessibility have become obstacles to a seamless tourist experience. This Final Project aims to develop a system that connects pedicab drivers with tourists through an online reservation platform. The system is designed to improve price transparency, service accessibility, tourist experience, and to support cultural preservation through the continued use of pedicabs. The system was developed using Flutter for the mobile application, React.js for the web-based admin interface, and Laravel for the backend. It has also been successfully integrated with the MQTT protocol to enable near real-time communication between users and drivers. Observation and system testing were conducted in the Kota Lama area of Surabaya, which was selected as the pilot project location. Testing was conducted on two main aspects: functionality and code quality. The functional testing showed a 100% success rate with 16 functionality and 27 testing scenarios. Code quality testing was performed using SonarQube for the backend and admin web frontend, and flutter_lints for the mobile application. The analysis results showed an “A” rating on most metrics and no critical issues were found.
