Abstract
Dalam industri pengolahan gas, keandalan peralatan produksi seperti compressor sangat berpengaruh terhadap kontinuitas operasi dan efisiensi sistem, sehingga diperlukan strategi perawatan yang tepat guna meminimalkan potensi kerusakan dan downtime. Salah satu metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Kualitatif menggunakan Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) dan Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) di PT. Gasuma Federal Indonesia untuk menentukan komponen-komponen kritis dan jenis perawatan yang efektif untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan dan meningkatkan keandalan. Metode FMECA digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kegagalan, menganalisis penyebab serta dampaknya, dan menentukan tingkat kritikalitas setiap mode kegagalan. Hasil dari FMECA menjadi dasar dalam menyusun strategi RCM untuk menentukan tindakan pemeliharaan yang paling efektif dan efisien. Metode kedua adalah metode kuantitatif dengan evaluasi keandalan untuk mengetahui interval waktu jadwal perawatan komponen, serta evaluasi preventive maintenance untuk meningkatkan nilai keandalan dari komponen penyusun compressor. Komponen penyusun Compressor M102B antara lain Frame (Crankcase Compressor), Crosshead Compressor, Cylinder Head Compressor, Scrubber Compressor, Compressor Radiator, Crankcase Engine, Cylinder Block Engine, Cylinder Head Engine dan Radiator Engine. Penjadwalan perawatan pada komponen ditetapkan berdasarkan waktu operasi ketika tingkat keandalannya R(t) mencapai 70%, serta dilakukan preventive maintenance (PM) pada unit peralatan yang memiliki karakteristik laju kegagalan meningkat (Increasing Failure Rate/IFR).

In the gas processing industry, the reliability of production equipment such as compressors greatly affects the continuity of operations and system efficiency, so an appropriate maintenance strategy is needed to minimize potential damage and downtime. One of the methods used is the Qualitative method using Failure Mode Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) at PT Gasuma Federal Indonesia to determine critical components and effective types of maintenance to prevent failures and improve reliability. The FMECA method is used to identify potential failures, analyze their causes and impacts, and determine the criticality of each failure mode. The results of FMECA become the basis for developing RCM strategies to determine the most effective and efficient maintenance actions. The second method is a quantitative method with reliability evaluation to determine the time interval of the component maintenance schedule, as well as preventive maintenance evaluation to increase the reliability value of the components that make up the compressor. The components that make up the M102B Compressor include the Frame (Crankcase Compressor), Crosshead Compressor, Cylinder Head Compressor, Scrubber Compressor, Compressor Radiator, Engine Crankcase, Engine Cylinder Block, Engine Cylinder Head and Engine Radiator. Maintenance scheduling on components is determined based on the operating time when the reliability level R(t) reaches 70%, and preventive maintenance (PM) is carried out on equipment units that have Increasing Failure Rate (IFR) characteristics.
