Abstract
Kantor Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kelurahan Kalirungkut merupakan kantor pemerintahan yang bergerak di sektor pelayanan masyarakat tingkat kecamatan dan kelurahan. Kantor Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kelurahan Kalirungkut memiliki peran untuk melayani aspirasi masyarakat daerahnya dalam berbagai aspek. Dalam menjalankan perannya, kantor ini menghadapi tantangan dalam hal branding dan kualitas pelayanan yang kurang optimal. Redesain interior kantor ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan branding dan kualitas pelayanan melalui perbaikan tata ruang, estetika, dan penggunaan elemen desain yang mendukung kebutuhan pegawai serta kenyamanan pengunjung. Pendekatan desain dalam proses redesain ini menggunakan metodologi Design Thinking, yang meliputi tahap understanding, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap desain awal dan desain hasil pengembangan terbaru. Redesain interior ini memperhatikan konsep universal design untuk memastikan aksesibilitas fasilitas bagi semua kalangan pengguna dan penerapan teknologi Self Service Technologies (SST) untuk mengoptimalkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan. Hasil dari perancangan redesain Kantor Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kelurahan Kalirungkut menghasilkan konsep interior yang mengoptimalkan berbagai elemen interior baik secara fungsional maupun estetika untuk mewujudkan optimalisasi branding dan kualitas pelayanan. Perancangan ini menunjukkan peran strategis desain interior dalam mendukung kualitas pelayanan dan branding pada kantor instansi pemerintah.

The Rungkut District and Kalirungkut Sub-district Office is a government institution operating in the public service sector at the district and sub-district levels. This office plays a role in accommodating the aspirations of the local community in various aspects. In fulfilling its role, the office faces challenges related to suboptimal branding and service quality. The interior redesign of this office aims to improve both branding and service quality through spatial layout improvements, aesthetics, and the application of design elements that support staff needs and visitor comfort. The design approach follows the Design Thinking methodology, which includes the stages of understanding, empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure user satisfaction with the initial and final design developments. The interior redesign also incorporates the concept of universal design to ensure accessibility for all users and applies Self Service Technologies (SST) to optimize service effectiveness and efficiency. The final result of the redesign presents an interior concept that optimizes various interior elements both functionally and aesthetically to realize the improvement of branding and service quality. This project demonstrates the strategic role of interior design in supporting service quality and institutional branding within government offices.
