Abstract

Program magang di Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Jawa Timur dilaksanakan selama lima bulan dengan tujuan untuk mengaplikasikan ilmu statistika dalam mendukung pengelolaan data kepegawaian. Kegiatan magang meliputi pengembangan sistem data entry dan dashboard kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) menggunakan Microsoft Forms dan Looker Studio, pembuatan infografis hasil kerja ASN pada 10 Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dengan jumlah ASN terbanyak dan tersedikit, pembuatan video profil BKD Provinsi Jawa Timur, serta analisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) menggunakan metode regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel usia dan klaster jabatan (JPT, administrator, pengawas, pelaksana, JF Guru, JF Medis, dan JF Paramedis) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil kerja PNS di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2024. Selain itu, dashboard kinerja yang dikembangkan mampu menyajikan informasi strategis terkait kinerja ASN secara komprehensif dan interaktif. Program magang ini memberikan pengalaman nyata dalam penerapan metode statistika serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas tata kelola kepegawaian di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur.=============================================================================================================================
The internship program at the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of East Java Province was carried out for five months with the aim of applying statistical knowledge to support personnel data management. The internship activities included the development of a data entry system and a performance dashboard for Civil Servants (Aparatur Sipil Negara/ASN) using Microsoft Forms and Looker Studio, the creation of performance infographics for ASN in the 10 government agencies (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah/OPD) with the highest and lowest number of employees, the production of a BKD East Java profile video, and the analysis of factors affecting Civil Servant performance using ordinal logistic regression. The results show that age and job cluster variables (JPT, administrator, supervisor, implementer, teacher functional, medical functional, and paramedical functional) significantly affect the performance of Civil Servants in East Java Province in 2024. In addition, the developed performance dashboard is able to present strategic information related to ASN performance comprehensively and interactively. This internship program provided real experience in the application of statistical methods and contributed to improving the quality of human resource management within the East Java Provincial Government.
