Abstract
Pemenuhan gizi yang seimbang merupakan elemen penting dalam menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah berbagai penyakit. Namun, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai kebutuhan nutrisi sering kali menyebabkan masalah kesehatan. Terdapat beberapa faktor masalah nutrisi berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 Tahun 2016, seperti kekurangan gizi, kelebihan gizi, anemia, gagal ginjal kronis, dan lain-lain. Aplikasi ini berfokus untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah gizi pada individu dari kelompok usia sekolah dan remaja hingga lansia. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi monitoring gizi berbasis web menggunakan metode Incremental menggunakan framework Laravel dan Next.js berbasis React. Aplikasi GiziCare dirancang untuk memantau asupan nutrisi harian, mencatat aktivitas fisik dan kecukupan tidur yang dilengkapi dengan personalisasi individu, rekomendasi artikel, serta penyajian laporan status gizi yang mudah dipahami. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan melalui Functional Testing (black box) yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi use case. Usability testing System Usability Scale (SUS) menggunakan hasil pengujian kuantitatif memperoleh skor rata-rata 72,9 yang menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan sistem pada grade B-. Selain itu, pengujian User Acceptance Testing (UAT) melibatkan perawat sebagai pengguna akhir dan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah memenuhi ekspektasi secara fungsional maupun pengalaman penggunaan. Performance testing menggunakan Apache JMeter juga menunjukkan mayoritas permintaan diselesaikan dalam waktu kurang dari 900 milidetik, dengan rata-rata waktu respons sistem sebesar 758 milidetik dan tidak ditemukan error selama pengujian performa untuk 50 simulasi permintaan, menandakan sistem mampu menangani beban ringan hingga sedang secara efisien.

Balanced nutrition fulfillment is an essential element in maintaining health and preventing various diseases. However, a lack of understanding of nutritional needs often leads to health problems. Several nutritional issues, according to the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 25 of 2016, include malnutrition, overnutrition, anemia, chronic kidney disease, and others. This application aims to address these problems across diverse age groups, from school-aged children and adolescents to the elderly. This study develops a web-based nutrition monitoring application using the Incremental development method, built with Laravel and Next.js based on the React framework. The application, GiziCare, is designed to track daily nutrient intake, monitor physical activity and sleep adequacy, and provide individualized recommendations, article suggestions, and intuitive nutritional status visualizations. The system underwent functional testing (black box) to validate all features against the specified use cases. Usability Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) resulted in an average score of 72.9, indicating the system falls into B- grade. Additionally, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving a geriatric nurse confirmed that the application meets user expectations both functionally and experientially. Performance testing using Apache JMeter showed that most requests were completed in under 900 ms, with an average response time of 758 ms, and no errors recorded during 50 simulated user requests, indicating that the system performs reliably under light to moderate load conditions.
